Dont stay here if you are not desperate to get a hotel. Tak berbaloi. Rumah buruk, berhabuk, bau rokok, bersemut, lantai tile pecah, kotor, scary, creepy, TAKDE TV dan byk warga asing. Kalau nk booked sila booked terus under regalia hotel. Jgn ambik homestay mcm ni. Not worth it.

Bad place & host.. save your money or go some other place”
1. Slow check-in, u have to que-up 2. They charge u RM30 for each car regardless u are the guest 3. Long wait at lift - a few lift only to cater huge number of units 4. TV only has you-tube channel. No other programs to watch 5. Both toilets inside unit are smelly 6. The infinity pool is too small to cater such numbers of residents & guest. Kids are not allowed.. don't know for what reason. Then what the heck of a holiday?? 7. Check out is the most hectic where u can find yourself stuck at your floor for about hour waiting for the lift. 8. This is where the host will trap u to charge extra RM30 for late check out, 9. Check-out time strictly 11am. No matter for what reason u reach lobby after 11am, he'll take out RM30 from your deposit RM200. I reach lobby at 11.40am due to the stupid lift and kena pau RM30. 10. for Regalia - u make a fool for people who want to take break for short relaxed staycation at your place.

Great location”
Located beside sunway putra mall and generally close to KLCC. Infinity pool is good and has a great view of the city. Only downside was the smell in our apartment other than that it was good.
