No good”

No cleaner on daily basis, they charge RM50/cleaning session which they should take care of already. No prompt response Had to wait for 20 minutes for reply back She saw the messages and didn’t reply Everything you ask for, they’re just like More money RM20/night for parking, even though you have a room, you pay for parking. They treat us as you owe them lots of stuff, no good customer support whatsoever. No pool access I would rather sleep on the street than renting here because of the customer care provided

Big room but check in time is 3.30 pm check out before 11 am I travel many hotel i don't think this check in time is normal. We arrive 3 hour b4 have to pay 30rp per hour for early check in. Hard to find taxi but room was ok size .
