        Pertama saya pesan dengan harga yang sesuai yg ada di aplikasi ini waktu datang untuk checkin dibilang penuh dan harus tambah 30rb saya tolak karna saya ingin yg sesuai dengan aplikasi, lalu akhirnya diberikan juga tapi dengan kamar yg tidak seharusnya diberi twin bed dengan kamar mandi banyak kecoa, remot tv tdk jalan, lampu ada yg nyala dan tidak saya memaklumi soal fasilitasnya tapi dengan pelayanan yg diberikan seolah-olah mencuranginya. Diharapkan untuk yg punya atau manager lebih di handle lagi karyawannya karna oknum sperti ini ada saja membuat kita malas untuk menginap ditempat yang sama sgt disayangkan padahal bangunannya bagus karna bangunan belanda. Terimakasih salam kejujuran dalam melayani!

        Butuh penggantian unit, seperti sprei yang bercak dan kurang bersih, kamar yang kotor, shower yang berkarat dan bocor. Hotel sih aestetik jika yang suka kesan belanda dan kuno, tapi mungkin beberapa orang horror ya, tapi menurut saya ini aestetik. Namun butuh penggantian beberapa unit saja terutama AC yang dinginnya lama dan tidak konsisten
