Checking in late... i was so cranky and just beatup from the 9 plus hour bus ride, the sweetest manager lady was so kind and when i needed to catch a ride the next morning she spent 20 min to help me get to my meeting in Manila. If your looking for a super clean room, super sweet staff and has an elevator... i give this property a 10. franco

Hotel Room Condo Accomodation near Paranaque City Hall, SM BF”
We stayed 2 nites, located in Alpina Heights Condo units, the Customer Service was very good, helped us with the luggages and communicates well until check out. We paid extra 200 pesos for early check in. The room has city view with windows and balcony with separate bunk beds room for children and shower toilet room. It has TV and air conditioning. I suggest to put mirrors inside the toilet room above the sink please and kettle with spoon and mugs for coffee. My son had a nice time in the small outdoor swimming pool located in the ground floor.

Very approachable yung staff, after booking sa app meron free food and pool access pero when I get there wala daw sa system nila so I had to add 100 pesos for pool access, overall I enjoyed my stay, will comeback again!

Parking location is outside the hotel premises bcause there are residents living there. Took us long to look for parking site. They don't have parking for guest like us. Tje security guards were unfriendly and not accommodating.

They will show that there are those amenities like pool, gym dining etc but they were not there. pool is not even free, you have to pay 500 per person, what a shame ripped off! better go somewhere amenities are real included or ask them earlier to clarify.

Very Disappointing Stay”
Of all my stay booking at RedDoorz. This is the worst stay ever. Staff is not friendly and accommodating. There are no water bottle provided, we have to go back down to the ofc. To ask for the wifi password. Bathroom fixture is broken and left it hanging on the light switch. Very disappointed.
