The hotel is very clean. Large room with fridge and microwave. The guys at the front desk were great . Especially John helping with our plane ticket booking. Quiet place to stay and short taxi ride to market and restaurants.

Hotel is good. Many good restaruants just outside. Near all the nightlife. There is a temple on this street and if street facing room will be woken up at 0430 by the temple. Also a club a couple doors down, but it isn't too loud.

Nice and very clean hotel in the middle of everything! Nice view from balcony facing a buddist temple. Can get quite lowd though (people partying at night and monks music in mornings), so if you’re sensitive to sounds I’d look elsewhere. The lady at the front desk is so nice and sweet (just be a bit patient with her in the beginning), and always shined up when seeing us! We even got hot water in a thermos every morning, for free, so we could make our own coffee in the room. Would recommend this hotel, great value for money!

Decent hotel, some building work happening at the moment but didn’t cause me any trouble. Wish they had a water filter instead of relying on bottled water. Not a fan of the hand your key in whenever you leave the property. Would stay again.

Only 2 things wrong”
Great big basic room good shower hot water good location BUT One window has no Curtin and the light out side the room in the hall way makes it like day could be this room on every floor . The lady chain's the door at night and sleeps on the chair so you have to wake her up to get in good security but I felt bad . I woke up one morning at 3 am could have went and for a walk got a pho but did not want to wake her .

Travelling family with youngster and elderly we needed 2 x triple rooms with elevator in area with establishments on the doorstep but away from the noise. The rooms were spacious and clean enough and noise levels not too bad as its off the main drag but still with everything on the doorstep or within 1km. Hotel was decent enough that we stayed again on our return leg. Minor negatives - Some staff seemed a bit miserable at times and despite a sign stating late checkout available at half day rate they still expected me to book and pay for a full nights accomodation extra.

Older hotel right in the middle of the entertainment district so maybe a bit loud for some. WiFi, Hot water, Aircon all worked perfectly. Polite staff. The price was super low. Fantastic value

Stayed here for 2-nights and found this hotel was a nice hotel. Although, it was always noise around 9 AM when the staff usually talked so loud and the room was not sound-proof. The location is near to nightlife entertainment at Bui Vien. You may hear sound from the bar nearby but it is ok as it is not too loud.

This hotel is quite near to Bui Vien so it will be easy to roam there. Many bars and restaurants around so it is easy to find food. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. However, it is always noisy around 9 AM in the morning as staff always talks so loud and also currently there is repairment on the ground floor.

Like a Cheap Homestay”
The bedding was pretty good but the toilet door cannot be closed /locked properly. Water pressure was very bad because we were staying at the highest floor. On top of that, it is located opposite a temple, so you can hear the people chanting at night as well as VERY EARLY prayer sessions with knocking the big bell in the morning.
