This is a save, clean and friendly, recently refurbished and partially renovated apartment house”
The rather large room was like the description and the pictures. Plus: nice view in upper floors; really quiet backstreet (VTS hem gate closed at night, no motorbike traffic in the morning!); save, sundried laundry by kg not by piece; well working kitchenette. Good and large bed. Minus: no hotel service like calling / booking bus trips; spartanic furnished: only hangers - no or almost no shelfs for things and cloths. The RedDoorz+ tiny “free bottled water” is a joke in tropical summer heat. I stayed 10 days and will be back there when in Da Kao Q1.

No estaba limpio ”
El apartamento no está céntrico. Hay que caminar por lo menos 30 min para llegar a la zona de restaurantes, bares (es decir, donde está el jaleo). El apartemento está bien equipado, con cocina, microondas, platos, etc.. Pero no estaba del todo limpio, el baño olía a pis y en las sábanas había muchísimos pelos. Eso si, la recepcionista es muy maja y te ayuda en lo que necesites.

晚上安靜、距離景點和商場都近。”
位在小巷子裡，第一次去不好找。從教堂對面巷子進去，照著google地圖標的位置可以找到。也可以從公園那一側的巷子進去。在市場那一側有全家跟OK。去大商場走的也可以到，搭GRAB也不貴。有小廚房可以煮東西。

Khách sạn mới nhưng phòng làm rất dơ. Trong nhà vệ sinh rất nhiều tóc và dường như không được dọn, đồ đạc trong phòng để tùm lum, điều khiển tivi rớt dưới chân quạt nhưng buồng làm phòng cũng không để gọn lên, tivi không xem được. Đồ đạc khuôn viên khách sạn để lộn xộn và bẩn.

Nhà vệ sinh bẩn, nghẹt nước vì tóc đóng cục nên phải mở nắp lên, sang ngày thứ 2-3 nhân viên vào dọn phòng nhưng thấy vẫn y nguyên. Không có mấy sấy mặc dù có bếp chén, đĩa và bếp từ.
