Nice clean rooms, good location - 15 minutes by car from the airport. just bear in mind if you book studio flat and have loads of luggage as there is no lift. basically try not to book top floor rooms. other than lack of lift the hotel is nice.

Used as a overnight stay close to the train station ”
It was a noce stay. Only stayed for one night, which is what I would recommend. I could leave my luggage there for a few days while I am travelling light around in Vietnam which is valued a lot! Thank you

The room was very small and had no window or fridge, which is okay in itself... However, there was mould on the privacy curtain in the shower and the whole room smelled of mould. There was also an infestation of tiny ants, which completely took over our luggage and bags while we were out for the day (about 6 hours). We asked to be changed to another room and the staff were very helpful in doing so, but that room also had tiny ants crawling all over the floors as well. At that point we decided to leave and asked for a refund. The manager was extremely sincere in wanting to make it right, but could not give a refund (company policy?) so she set us up at another hotel in District 1, paid for it and our ride there, and arranged for another staff member to find us on the street and guide us there. The replacement hotel was better, but we would have still given it a moderate review. All that said, the staff and manager were really top notch. Very helpful, apologetic, accommodating.

The room was 80 stairs therefore not suitable for the elderly or infirm The photograph s show a roof terrace which is actually closed, miss leading There was a kettle in the room but no cups tea or coffee

Need to clean the room!!”
Booked for $30 per night so didn't expect much but at least a clean room. There was ash of kitchen counter (someone had obviously smoked prior), everything needed a thorough clean (e.g. dirty razor in bathroom, open toothpaste container on toilet roll holder, kitchen walls covered in oil from previous people cooking on stovetop, floors were clearly not cleaned/mopped, etc.). No privacy as the stairs at entry were glass so people could see in. No privacy trying to enter wetroom (shower and toilet) as no curtains in kitchen (where the entry was) and many apartments looked right in. If it would let me give a zero for cleanliness I would.
