After being here for a while, I found out that it's nothing like a hotel room. You have to ask for clean bedding and towels. We're still waiting for someone to come and unclog the shower drain. I'm stuck here for another 22 days because there is no money refunded even if you have an emergency.

Poor Reddoorz Service”
- room is not clean with mosquitos - no toiletries given to guests - weak wifi signal inside the rooms. You need to go near the door just to receive signal. - NO LTE/4G SIGNAL to compensate weak wifi - aircon is a window type, thus noisy especially at night - inside rooms are too dark. no proper ventilation - we requested a room clean up but it was not attended when we go back at around 4PM Been to Reddoorz room before but experience here is bad.

Worst situation I have ever encountered ”
My wife and I drove around for 2 hours looking for this hotel. The name of the hotel is not what is presented on Agoda website. The name of the hotel is Stevens Place. Reddoozs does not have any signage on or near or around the hotel. The hotel is not near Robinsons Mall. It is not. It is in between Robinsons and GMall. But it is located down a secluded hidden side road in an ally. There is no outside lighting. There is no security. There is no hotel staff including front desk personnel or maintenance or cleaning crew after 1am. The room was dirty. There was visible hair on the bed and bugs crawling. We checked out 10 minutes after we checked in. We felt unsafe and grossed out. This is in the age of Covid. The entire post by Agoda is a lie. They should screen their host hotels much better. I will put in a complaint with Agoda and request a refund. We checked into another hotel where we are much happier. I have never had to submit a review like this before but the public needs to know

Wrong name on hotel, support to be reddoorz, but named serves place, a constructionplace changing owner, should maybe be closed in the meantime. No one working in the morning we couldn make a proper check out.
