Bogus Hotel (Thief Manager)”
This hotel is using Filigans Hotel's (the one along Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City) name and pictures. Located very far from the city and not accessible with cabs but only tricycles. Lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches, broken fixtures and yellowish linens. Aircon is not cold.

The first room that was given to me was like a room from a horror movie. Run-down, old, stained curtains, noisy AC, rug-like towels, a toilet that stinks big time. The staff isn't very welcoming.

Agoda likes to feature Reddoorz and I've tried them enough to say that I'm upgrading from now on. The elevator has been not working for awhile. Cash only at the property because "our terminal is out".Linens so cheap and used for so long I'm amazed how they stay together. Same ol'same ol' Reddoorz. I'm done.

Customer service skills needs improvement”
The first female front desk attendant i spoke with was rude. The next two after was kind and soft spoken. The first attendant behaved as if it was the hotel’s favor of accomodating despite the fact that the room was already paid for. The first female attendant needs customer service training. The behavior was rude and rough. I felt that she was annoyed that i inquired.
