irst, the room was cozy and the AC was working very well. Room temperature was good, however, the smell from the bathroom drain was not good but eventually went away after leaving the ventilation on. Second, there were no available hot water (for coffee) or any kitchen utensils to use (cup, spoon, etc.) because their restaurant was temporarily closed.😔 Third, during the first 2 days of our stay, the rooftop pool was a bit dusty on the edges below but on the third day, a maintenance personnel cleaned and vacuumed the pool in the morning and the water was clear blue again. The pool and water temperature was fine. Fourth, the rooftop view was nice and clear. Fifth, there were a few times which the keycards were malfunctioning, we weren't able to use it to access the elevator and room doors. According to the staff, there could be a minor system issue since their IT staff is off duty at that time. But the good thing was they were able to assist us in using the elevator and opening the door. After quite some time, the issue was fixed and we were able to use our keycards again. Sixth, the internet connection was a bit okay but sometimes, the connection was interrupted or lost. Overall, for the problems that we encountered during our stay were given solutions immediately and the staff were very accommodating, especially the front desk attendant and the security guards. As for our stay, we enjoyed every moment and looking forward for our next stay someday! Thank you!

Clean”
We stayed at this hotel for a night because it was near our examination site and we needed to be as early as possible. The location is great since it is at the heart of the city though there are things that I'd like to recommend. First, I recommend that they at least put a water heater in the room. second, I hope they give the guests 2 keycards for convenience because we need keycards in riding the elevator. 3rd, I hope they fix the rooftop so that guests may also enjoy the view at the top and may swim at their pool. Clean”
The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom was also spacious. Though there are things a few things that I think needs improvement. 1. The parking space was really small and at night it was too dark though the lights were motion sensitive. 2. I think that they should upgrade their cable because when we wanted to watch television, I think there were only 10 channels available of which some of them have terrible reception that you can barely watch clearly. 3. I think it would be best to give 2 keycards for guests because some may want to go outside and the other wants to stay and relax. It is convenient for 2 keycards to get around. Overall, our stay at this hotel was peaceful which was a major plus in out part.

It was very comfortable ”
We stayed in the hotel for 4 days because the location was really good and the food was nice. The downsides were their housekeeping. They don't do room make up, the garbage in our room was not even collected. Our amenities were not replaced. The room table had cobwebs. And they only operate one elevator at a time, so you have to really really keep your patience for the waiting time. But overall it was a great choice because it was near the bus station. Thank you Red doors for the very nice room rate.

Valentines night”
My boyfriend and I are both from the city and we just wanted to spend the night away from the busy restaurants and traffic so we opted to have a staycation here. Everything was smooth from check in to check out except the fact we had to leave the car at his place because the parking was too expensive (50 Php per hour).

Everything was good except the Key Card. ”
I hope they will give two key cards because it's difficult if there are 2 guests and every time one of the guest needs to go out , they have to go out together because you need the key card to access the elevator as well as the room's power .

Great place to stay!”
Great place to stay! It sits on the center of the busy city. Great location for anyone travelling for business purposes and or just for leisure. They had friendly staff. Often times the front desk is busy but will attend to you right after every task. The design construction on rooms were modern, with high ceilings and wide room. Security lock for doors are up to date and so as with the access lock on elevator for any occupants. Staff were courteous and polite. The pool at the top also serves occupants with ease. A wide view of the city is too good to ponder on. Book them now!

Great experience with clean "photoshoot" rooftop pool right outside Colon and close to Osmena Circle”
Great experience with rooftop pool great for photoshooting right outside Colon and very close to Emall 2 blocks and not far from Osmena Circle 6 blocks. First time for me to stay in a rooftop pool so this is my wow moment. The pool closes Tuesdays for maintenance (don't know if it's one Tuesday a month or every Tuesday). Pool a bit smaller than expected but still very nice and one floor of stairs above the highest floor reachable by elevator which has the restaurant. Based on previous reviews they don't have free hot water (around 30php for hot water) and they don't clean the rooms before checkout so I did not ask. The rate of the accommodation fluctuates like the stock market so sometimes it is over 1200 php and sometimes dips to 800pesos few hours later tax included. Taxi from Airport is around 250php and 120php from pier. During morning rush hours it might be hard to find taxi in all of colon.

Worthy of the price. A hidden paradise at the center of the city. ”
Early check in will cost you P100.00 per hour, which is for me quite pricey. As a travel consultant, what I know is that a hotel can grant early check-in FOR FREE as long as the room is already available. This is the part where I was disappointed. I hope they can grant guests for early check in without any additional charge. As for the pool, it is arranged by schedule pEr hour due to COVID. So before you can use the pool, you need to inform the FD. They only allow maximum of 6 guests per hour to use the pool. The restau is closed bc of the pandemic.

Better than the other express inns”
It’s a new express inn located in the downtown area. Very strategic location since it’s in Colon Street known as the busiest place in Cebu, so if you’re a foreigner or a tourist; this hotel is highly recommended for you and buying stuff esp souvenirs/pasalubong would be so easy and just nearby. We booked reddoorz ‘coz it’s much cheaper than their published rates of the hotel itself. It’s nice to see a lot of mirrors in the lobby. You have to have the key card so you can use the Lift, it’s for our safety also. The room is nice, huge and designed by Reddoorz with big CR. They have a nice pool at the roof deck but you need to have a pool access, but I wish that they open earlier than 8am since it’s too hot and no one can dare to swim at 8am. They also have a restaurant, but i just didn’t like the idea that I need to bring extra cash to eat ‘coz normally we don’t bring money during breakfast and we’ll charge it to the hotel upon check-out, but in their case, they said that it’s separate and they’ll run after you just for the payment. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great room”
Minimalist design. I like how courteous the staff. They'd greet you every time you pass-by. Got some fastfood restos beside the hotel. Next to a convenience store. Near a supermarket. Got nice view if your room is on the upper floors. feels like the hotel itself is relatively new. Very little downside is that your card key won't work the next day after 12nn. You have to go to the frontdesk to have it updated everyday. Could be annoying sometimes.

The restaurant on the 12th floor has a beautiful view but very hot because the AC is not on except when the place has a big event !! Very disappointing!
