For the price you paid, you'll get everything. The room is big for 2-4 person, especially if you have a lot of baggage. It's clean, neat, has a nice bed and nice blanket. The only minus i have for this place is it doesn't have water heater, so you'll have to be okay taking a bath or anything with very very cold water. Just to be prepared, make sure you have a good driver because the entance is not on flat area

BUT.... this is not reccomended for you whom don't have transportation accomodation cz this location is far away from center of the city Batu and the other object tourist. if you using grab or gojek its available but you should be patient cz its difficult to find it here.

I paid ¥ 25,399 or IDR 3,340,480.94 for 4 2-bed hotel rooms in RedDoorz near Taman Rekreasi Selecta. For that price and the hotel, I think it was a scam. 1. The beds were dirty— there was stains on the blanket and it was full of dead small insects. I complained and asked for new bed sheets and blanket, but was never brought a new and clean one. I got itchy from sleeping on it. 2. There was 2 used towels still hanging on the hanger by the door. This either meant the cleaner was not attentive or the room was never even cleaned on the first place. 3. The floor was dirty and full of dust and lint, it was as if the room was swept once a month. 4. The water in the bathroom was not working, the closet can’t be flushed and the bucket they provided was moldy. I used the bathroom in another room— which was not that clean either, but was a better option. I have more complaint but i have reached my words limit. My point is that I am very disappointed and discomforted.

We arrived at Villa Handayani at 18.00 June 18, 2022 and found out that room conditions was dirty, cealing is leaked and smell humidity. It isn't the same as pictures. If you look for a hotel you'd better read the reviews rather than look at the pictures as I did, and I regret for that. We decided not to stay and choose other hotel a cross this hotel which was much better and decent to stay with children.

This new hotel has affordable rate and in great location, right above Selecta Batu. The king bed is so comfy but the toilet is too small. Recommended and l will come back.

Great view hotel, but need lots of improvements”
This hotel offers value for money and great location at Selecta park. The view from the hotel was magnificent. The atmosphere and the weather is also very refreshing, but at night can be very cold. The hotel building was new and many areas needs finishing. We arrived already late and my 5yo was already asleep. When I got the room, I went straight in and put my sleeping 5yo at the bed then unpack. The furniture was typical budget hotel, the TV and AC looks new. Only 10 minutes later I was realized that the room was dirty. The bed sheet looks dingy. The bathroom was really dirty. It seems that the hotel was not gone trough a general cleaning after it was build. We were really tired and I thought that we only stop by for the night, so I make up as much as I can. Reddoorz should do a regular check on their hotel partners, especially regarding the cleanliness and facilities.

Lokasi nya cukup bagus, didukung oleh pemandangan dan hawa khas dataran tinggi yang sejuk. Namun, masih ada beberapa hal yang harus dibenahi dikarenakan hotel ini masih tergolong 'baru', diantaranya air panas yang terkadang tidak keluar, dan AC yang belum berfungsi (untuk ini masih bisa dimaklumi karena walaupun tanpa AC sekalipun hawanya masih terasa sejuk, bahkan dingin dimalam hari). Tapi di atas itu semua, bagian terbaiknya adalah staff dan karyawan nya super ramah dan fast respon. Untuk pelayanan, EXCELLENT!

It's supposed to be a new hotel since the office is still not set up. The plus points are the very cold weather, the helpful staffs and the comfy and extra king bed. There are many minuses. First is the cleanliness of the bathroom. There's no sink and there are spider webs on the wall. The wall paper beside the bathroom is dirty and damp, but the most unpleasant is the noises of the other guests that are so loud that makes resting difficult. The location on Google map is also wrong. We had to go back n forth a few times until I saw the picture of the building. There's no reddoorz sign whatsoever, so make sure you see the picture of the front building in agoda to be able to find it.
