Lacking of basic services”
The complimentary bath towel is so thin it can't absorb the water after you take a bath. There's one cockroach in the room and the heater is not properly working at night. The water from the shower is still cold

Not very accessible”
I only booked this place because there's nothing else available on Dec 25 since it's peak season. The place is not very clean, a bit old, and not very accessible. Staff wasn't able to provide all our needs (specifically an electric kettle) The water is very cold in december and their water heater wasn't able to provide much heat so we were basically shivering when taking shower. You can ride a jeep going to la trinidad because this is located just before the la trinidad arc. From there, you'll have to walk around 300 meters going to the hotel.

Accessibility ”
What I liked more in this place during our stay is the accessibility to places you wanted to visit. Transportations are also good as it is available 25/7 to where the hotel is located. In regard to the staff, maybe you can add enough people to man the area so whenever guests are needing assistance it can be accommodated right away. For the room, just add more dim lights, a table that permanently inside the room, buy more user friendly hot shower to operate and a bidet. Bed sheets, comforter and pillows are also a little bit smelly.

Wifi went down on out third day and for someone who needs to always have good net connection sobrang hassle. Good thing kahit papano may magandang reception ang mobile phones. Staff are "meh". The heater is too weak na halos wala nading naitulong sa lamig ng baguio

The heater is not working, the toilet was smelly. My partner had to repair the hose of the heater for it to work. I also booked 1 bed good for two but they gave is single bed each. We are couple, are we suppose to sleep separately? They should’ve removed it from Agoda if it is not available anymore. I paid a lot but the room was unsatisfying.
