I don't see anything problem regarding to the hotel ,the staff ,the management but the problem is I would never recommend Agoda again ever. The worst booking site ever I've experienced. It was stated there that it is refundable yet that's not easy to process your money to get back or to get the refund. You put choices there that 7/11 or bayad center can be yet after the long process of booking suddenly they will sent you an email that it is cancelled like what? And then when I contact Agoda I've used a lot of numbers I got from the internet and all of them is not reachable. They will just reply you in email but it will took a couple of minutes to wait.

Pros- Accessible, Affordable, Provides 2 bottled water on the first day. Shampoo, body wash and towels are available. Fast Wifi access - can do early check in with minimal charge Cons- Bottled water will be given once. Guard is not attentive will not even open doors if you are carrying something. Most of the time asleep or just playing. - No elevator

It exceeded my expectation. I needed a very good internet connection and although I wasn't able to connect to the floor I am in, I was able to connect to the other floors and I was very satisfied with how fast the connection was to enable me to work whilst my stay. There was a lil stain on my ceiling and a few cobwebs but it's hardly noticeable. The room is clean and the linens smelled fresh. Overall a great experience!

Fits the Price”
It's near our Exam Center. Near Grocery stores, Fastfoods, Carenderia, Laundry Shops and water refilling station. Near Bgry Hall and Police station which is need to process travel documents. The place is secure since security is 24/7. I'll surely recommend this place.

Good place to stay”
We stayed only one night. We arrived midnight and in the morning we left. The place looked good. Maybe AC was a bit too loud (because was old). Other than that everything was good.

The place was quiet though a little hard to locate. We had a short and great stay and was able to rest well for the night before travelling north of Cebu
