The staff are loud early in the morning, which will definitely wake you up. The reception guy knocked at 7am just to get my signature which he should have taken on the night I checked in.

Clog sink and toilet. Smelly too! Smells pee everywhere! ”
Safety ist and cleanliness is very important. I arrive late in the afternoon. I was so tired and slept early..at 7am someone knock my door looking for someone. What the hell? I was shocked! Before i left, i talk to the lady i want a new room coz toilet and sink are spoilt. They told me ok. And will inform the other lady when she gets back. When i get back nothing happened. She end up calling someone and try to solve problem like cleaning toilet. So we went out instead while she is cleaning toilet. And ask her to clean the room since i cannot move out. We get back, room uncleaned and dirty towel still on the floor. I ask for new towels and gave the dirty one. I ended cleaning my bed coz ants are everywhere.

We booked for 1 night, we went there an hour earlier for the check in, because I’m having period cramps so i asked if we can check in early and they charged us 100php, it’s fine I understand, but when we went to the room, the linen is not that tidy, no tissues in the bath room. The tv is not working, they don’t have generator and unfortunately blackout for 5 hours, so no sleeps 😆and the worst thing is there is no key for us to open the room and i locked already because we’re going out with my friend. The front desk should adjust of her way of talking to the customer, and yes they are loud in the morning. They ask us to leave the hotel 1 hour before the said check out time, rude. So not recommended place.

First room offered with damaged sink and dirty beddings. Unsanitary. Spiderwebs everywhere. I begged to change the room and i was offered with a NO TV room but it was fine until i noticed beddings are still dirty and the staff said it was a massage oil stains 🤦♀️. I turned on the AC for five hours but it doesn't make the room cold. Cr tiles are dirty.

Staff has a very very poor service. Place is not convenient to stay. Blankets are like table cloth. bedsheet is not clean. Too much ants on the bed and stain spots. The staff has a poor attitude to its guest. Not accommodating staff at all. The building has curfew of 10pm for reason of only one staff. We havent stay the nights to sleep because not convenient to stay. We were advised to check out earlier from the check out time indicated (12pm), which cause incovenience to me and to my partner. Very very bad service !!!!!! urge to close !!!!
