Minimalist hotel”

Overall is good. The price is cheap for a three stars hotel, but I think it is two stars. No room phone, only one phone in one floor, so that I felt confused in how to call the reception. The location is good, in one area with Blue Mall Bekasi. The mall is very nice, not too luxurious, but comfortable. The room is very small, no cup board, no desk with legs. Everything is minimalist, but clean. I wa surprised while I didn't find room phone and the electricity connection is the three-hole connectors, which brought me feeling abroad.

the air conditioner in my room is OK until in the morning it is not running well, but the staff are helpful. the room is not spacious. this hotel is in same area with Blu Plaza Bekasi Timur and RS Siloam. It's easy to find some culinary place like Bumbu Desa, A&W, etc.

New, clean budget hotel in bekasi. Food and food service needs work. Was not impressed with check out at 11am. Parking is not free for hotel guests

I assigned room from check-in counter. this room does not have cloth cabinet, table and sofa. There is a big-size bed. But air-conditioner is working for 24 hours. if you're looking for business hotel to work for the factory near the Bekasi and you work on there during day time and you just to want to sleep for night at hotel. this hotel is suitable one. And your selection in Agoda will save your cost.

Por: Great room for the price. Location near a small mall with many food choices. Easy to get a taxi or bike service. Con: internet speed was slow and dropped often.

okay.. bekasi is not really tourist destination but the location is pretty good because close to the Mall. i arrived around 1pm but the room is not ready yet, i have no problem with that and looks like they so busy, so i just wait until we get room. The room it self is so tiny, have TV channel, the bathroom aslo clean, AC and hot water work OK, BUT they didn't change the blanket and the pillow case, because it smell like ARMPIT. yes i repeat again it smelly !! disgusting huh? so, think again if you want to stay here, compare to other hotel that worth it.

Facilites”

I stayed here 1 night for short business trip to the area. The hotel didn't have a phone in the room so I had to walk down to the lobby to ask them for an Iron. They didn't have any or give me any solutions to ironing my shirt and pants. Second the hotel didn't provide any amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo etc. I guess budget hotel so ok and paid for what I got, biggest thing i was disappointed with was the iron.

Strategic location, one stop place of hotel, mall, and hospital. Easy access anywhere. Lot of good food around. Clean & comfy room.

Good budget hotel”

I booked 2 rooms for my Parents and my brother. Both rooms clean. Air Con. very cold and can't find a way to setting fan speed. Parking area is inside Blu Plaza, so we need to pay it, but still affordable (Rp.6000,- / 24 hours)

Comfort and Clean”

Very good. No issue so far. Hotel is clean and nice. Staff are very helpful and courteous. The room is clean and tidy. Near to shopping mall , just a walking distance. Overall, my stay is perfect, I am able to access internet without any problem. Can order food from the café and send to your room. That is very useful if you are lazy to go out or don't have time to have dinner downstairs.

Good and clean hotel, near shopping centre, karaoke, and cheap . For solo, couple or not stay for long time this hotel is great, because comparing clean and comfort, its price are cheap

Hassle-free check-in”

Check-in was so swift! The staff is friendly, room is just spotless, no free toiletries though but that's okay as I've been always bringing my own toiletries. It's inside the mall complex so it's easy to grab anything you need while staying here.

Stay overnight is quite comfortable, however the location is not private area where it's in the same location of shopping mall. The parking fee is also quite expensive where the hotel room fee is not inclusive.
