My stay here was the opposite of what we've experience 5 years ago. Looks like they failed to maintain their rooms and facilities. The only good thing here is the location and attentive staff. The rooms are old. The bed was hard. The linens are ultra thin sheets. The bathroom is moldy. The hot shower mixer doesn't work on few occassions. There was NO BIDET! Pool was dirty when we arrived. Beach towel has a fee of 50pesos if returned after 6pm. I've been coming to Boracay for 8 concsecutive years and this policy is absurd.

The room reserved for us was the worst”
Room given upon check in was not satisfactory, i.e. upper floor without elevator, corner and lonely which is too far from the center of attraction. It wasn’t worth it. Had to change room but was i was charged extra. Highlights of the stay: breakfast-great choices and staff. Location-close to the beach.

Holiday in Boracay ”
Near the beach front, nice breakfast, nice pool..and nice staff.. we don’t like THE entrance going property coz we have to drag our suitcase,and we passing thru a private property, too many mosquitoes, the place get bit run down, the bed is too hard, pillows too thick, I had a stiff neck. The pillowcase are not white neither the towels.. the room not well lighted specially our first room in the third floor..glad we’re transfer to the poolside room with a fee.. anyways thanks for the accommodating staff..

An Out dated resort”
The room was out dated. Main door needs a lot of patience to open. Bathroom has no bidet, shower door had no handle, toothpaste taste awful, no shampoo, towels are dirty white in color. Ants invades a wall inside the bathroom. Initially I was told the room I was in doesnt have cable tv, with some persistence they connected the tv to the cable. No phone inside the room to call the front desk. No landline at the front desk to call for food deliveries. The pool had dirty water especially the kiddie pool. Breakfast was plated not buffet. The only good thing in this resort are the staff, they are so helpful and always smiling whenever I ask for assistance. All in all the resort shows its age and was not maintained properly. The side stairs leading to our room on the second floor have dis assembled beds on the ground floor, exposed rusted nails are still attached to the wooden beds.

當初約半年前就預定泳池房，後來雖然網頁上的住宿限制條款及房價皆已經修改，但出發前也已經和客服確認先前訂單3晚住宿費裡包含一位12歲兒童住宿和早餐，到飯店後，一開始要求我們支付兒童額外住宿費，後來我提出客服給我的回覆信後，只願不收額外住宿費，但早餐需另外支付400菲幣/每日，線上請客服協助處理，一直到最後一天飯店才說接到客服通知處理這件事，補給我們最後一天的早餐卷，但早餐真的不好吃，選擇非常少，這張卷根本沒用...

酒店位置位于S1与S2交界处，出门就是白沙滩，隔壁就是Muse酒店，对于白沙滩这个位置，并且是春节旺季动辄就是千级几千级的房价，性价比还是相当高的，以🇰🇷人居住较多，另有一些欧美人，中国人确实比较少。早餐自助但是内容相对比较固定，品种大概十几种。房间还是比较大的，且每个房间都有阳台，选择的池边高级房，空调也是挂机，但是池边房都是一楼，略有蚊虫。还有就是从主路到酒店的一段大约两三分钟的路不是水泥路，拖行李箱有些不是很方便，总体还是满不错的，出门觅食玩沙看景都是几步距离，突突车几乎用不到。推荐。

위치는 정말 좋아요. 숙소나오자마자 해변이고 바로옆에 편의점있고 싸게파는 과일노점도 있고 스타벅스도 옆에 있어요 하지만 룸컨디션이랑 조식은 전혀 기대하지 마세요. 정말 오래되서 문도 삐걱거리고 방도 어두워요.침구는 손수건두께의 얇은 천한장 덮고 자야하니 에어컨틀고 자면 춥고 끄면 덮고ㅜㅜ 담요가져가시길 추천해요. 비행기에서도 유용하니까요. 햇반 한개 돌리는데 각 20페소받아요. 감안하더라도 위치가 좋고 싸기때문에 재방문의사 있습니다

화이트비치바로앞이고 디몰도 매우가깝고 블라복비치도 걸어서10분이내에 갈수있어요. 조식은 별로입니다. 3~4가지 뷔페식인데 없는것은 채워주지않고 예전에는 망고컷팅하고 팁으로50페소를 주며 서비스식으로 했는데 이제는 키로에따라 돈을먼저 얘기하네요. 어차피 주려고했던건데도 먼저 요구하니 예전이 좀 그립긴했어요. 리모델링해서 욕실은 매우매우 좋아졌습니다.

위치는 최고 관리는 아쉬운 호텔”
호텔 위치는 스테이션2 끝쪽 비치바로 앞이라 비치 접근성이 훌륭하다. 유명한 식당이나 디몰까지의 접근성도 좋다. 하지만 호텔관리는 아쉬운 점이 많다. 1층 풀사이드스위트에 묵었는데 방도 넓고 침대도 2개고 욕실도 넓어서 잘만 관리되면 만족도가 꽤 높을텐데... 청결도나 관리면에서 아쉬운점이 많다. 시설이 낡고 기본 청소상태도 찌든때가 제거가 안된채로 겉만 청소하며 유지되고 있었다. 조식도 메뉴가 바뀌긴했지만 그닥 먹을거리가 없었다. 청소상태나 리뉴얼만 제대로되면 위치도 훌륨하고 가성비좋은 호텔이 될수있을것 같은데 전반적인 관리가 아쉬운 호텔이었다. 특히 수영장은 물이 뿌옇고 수질관리가 안되어있어 3일동안 전혀 이용하지 못했다.

화이트비치 진짜 숙소에서 10초컷!! 위치도 정말 좋고 무엇보다 친절하세요! 3층까지 짐도 올려주시고~ 대형튜브 가져왔는데 바람도 넣어주시고! 풀장은 물이 더럽지도 안더럽지도,, 애매해용ㅋㅋㅋ 한번밖에 안놀았어요! 조식은 기다 안하시는게 좋아용ㅎㅎ 간단하게 먹기엔 좋았습니다! 그리고 아쉬운건 화장실에 개미가 기어다니고ㅠㅠ 3명이서 패밀리룸을 잡았는데 2층침대 커버에서 진드기가 나오는바람에 1층 더블베드에서 3명이 나란히 누워잤네용ㅋㅋㅋ

이번 보라카이 여행의 목적은 망고 쉐이크 수박 쉐이크 였는데 비치로 나가면 게리스그릴 반대로 나가면 조나스가 바로 있는 환상의 위치. 디몰까지 걸어가는 것도 노래 한곡 다 듣기 전에 도착했어요. 시설은 사진에서 보는 그대로. 굉장히 좋은 건 아니지만 가성비는 최고에요. 다음에 간다해도 또 묶을 의사 있습니다

12세 미만 무료라고해서 예약했더니 10세라고 4명 10세 아이들요금을 더 내라고 아고다 예약사이트에서는 12세이하까지 무료였다고 예약메일 보여줘도 자기네는 모르는거라고 규정이 10세라고..호핑예약한 현지여행사분께 도움요청하니 웃긴다며 자기들이 알아봐 준다고..통화를 해서 따지셨는지 만 10세인 아이 한명분만 더 내고 나머지는 만9세라 안내도 된다고..이런식으로 한국사람들 등쳐먹나보다.

Уютный семейный отель”
Проживали в номере Делюкс с видом на бассейн. Очень просторный номер, с детьми было комфортно, т к в номере была дополнительная кровать. Хороший бассейн для детей веселье. Уборка в номере оставляет желать лучшего, убирали каждый день, но полы всегда казались грязными. Хорошие завтраки. Очень удобное расположение, несколько шагов до пляжа.. В целом отель очень понравился!
