Value for $$ stay”

I was already impressed before i arrived. The hotel staff replied my Agoda special requests in a matter of minutes after my booking. Arrived at 1+am & took a 150 pesos tricycle ride to RB Lodge. Apparently i just mentioned RB Lodge & the driver just replied Yes he knows. We arrived & my driver pressed the bell. Staff arrived promptly at 1+am to bring me to my room. Shortly knocked on my door to ask me about choosing a breakfast for tomorrow morning & the timing to serve it. They had hot water bath , nice size bathroom with normal toilet bowl with working flush. TV consisted of so many cable TV channels that i had to switch off else i will be switching between channels & be tired the following morning. At 810am , they knocked on my door to inform that breakfast is ready. Thereafter i changed into new singlets & bermudas ... walked around Kalibo town to purchase souvenirs .. Checked out at 12 noon happily.. This Lodge punches above it's weight & is value for $$ , conveniently located...

Location is near fast food chains and near highway. Stayed here for a night with free breakfast for 4 for the amount of 2500. Will surely come back 🤗

The place was being renovated when I checked so I can understand why there are dusts anywhere. Especially at the lobby. Nonetheless, the room is still clean. There are also no toiletries available when I checked in. Wasn't able to check if they just missed it or not since I checked-in late and also left early the following day.

Cheap room”

For that amount it is ok but restrooms for to share. Loud one next to the hotel did start radio at 4:30 very loud, no sleep anymore. Breakfast is filipino way, rice but also one cup coffee, 3 in 1. Served in your room around 8 am. Oh parking space is only on the street. TV inside, wifi not did runs well. If you not want that much it is ok for that amount.

Okay for budget traveller ”

Stayed here for more than a week during my recent trip. Emailed the property prior to arrival informing that I will be arriving around 6 am, and have also booked the night before, which they replied and noted my request, but reception still closed and no one there when I arrived. Great value, perfect location, close to shops, eateries, ATMs, and L300/jeepney terminals. Wifi not the best. Room needs proper cleaning — dust on the floor and stains in the shower room, low water pressure, noisy aircondition. Perfect for short stay and budget traveller, particularly if only looking for somewhere to sleep.

Stayed here for couple nights, few meters away from Kalibo Terminal. They transferred me to a new RB Lodge (RedDoorz @ N Roldan Street) my room includes breakfast for 2 but they only gave me one. 😠😠😠 Also wifi range is weak... You need to go to the lobby just to have a stable internet connection.
