            Arrogant manager”

            Terrible manager. His name was Reza. We have problems with our room. As the staf making the problems becoming worse, we contact the manager. He insist to meet us to solve the problem and purposely shut down the phone during the conversation.

            A nice hotel to stay in Medan. The rate is reasonable. The only concern was that the air-condition was not working well even though after making a report, a technician came to fix the problem.

            everything is great. around radius 500meter the safety is very good, variety facilities etc. ”

            -Staff is very friendly, facilities & inhouse cafe provided is well organised. For the hotel with status 3 star rated it is very convenience and very satisfied to me. For the info. Superior Room dont have a mini bar or mini fridge but coming soon they will add it as apart of their rearrangement of the facilities offers. Distance NOT FAR AWAY FROM UNIVERSITAS SUMATERA UTARA (USU) only 5 to 10 minutes. Sorround the hotel is very secure, The food cafe & restaurant around 200meter near the hotel. Large parking area. Near to the 24 hours mini market. The gadget stall just infront the hotel. The hotel using specific Indonesia Wall Socket Adapter (very easy to buy from the gadget stall infront of the hotel - only Rp. 15,000. The mosque only beside the hotel very comfortable for the muslim. The Owner is Muslim. The food offered for the room inhouse order is variety and not expensive. HALAL food offered. Suitable for all especially family, business etc. Traveler. ATM machine also provided.

            Good location, easy access, parking lot

            I guess it need more improvement to say its 3 rated star hotel. Especially on toilet, need new towel because i got towel with stain, when i'm arrived our room doesnt have sofa, they have to find one after we got there, the staff in reception is nice. Breakfast is less variative.

            The worst hotel I ever stayed in Medan”

            1. The wifi in room was available, but it did not work...!!! when I complained to receptionist they said they would fix it but until I checked out it still did not work and they did not send any engineer to fix it... only empty promise... 2. The sound of Air Conditioning is noisy (of fan) especially in the night when I need to rest and sleep well... 3. The toilet water for flushing did not work.... 4. Food was not good. 5. Lamp at the front of toilet room sometimes can not be turned off.. Do not stay in this hotel....!!!
