CARING STAFF - FANTASTIC ACCOMODATION AND BRILLIANT LOCATION”

My husband and I just spent a week in the Ramada Suites KL for our 21st wedding anniversary and my birthday. We were having a wonderful time but unfortunately my husband became ill. The hotel staff were amazing. They phoned an ambulance for him. He was kept in hospital but on my return to the suites both managers arranged a meeting with me to see how they could help with the situation. They brought flowers for me to take to him. I was overwhelmed by the care and goodwill they showed. I wasn't sure when he would be released and they said they would hold the room for as long as we wanted. I can't speak highly enough of them. He was released a day before we had to leave to go back to Penang. We will definitely stay at the Ramada Suites the next time we go to Kuala Lumpur.

3 Night Stay for older Family”

We were more than happy with the Invito Hotel Suites. Thought it might be a bit out of things but it was well located between 2 monorail stations. Both about 8-10 mins easy walk. the two room suite meant that we could be together instead of booking 1 room for me and my son and 1 for my wife and daughter. had read criticism of the breakfast. while not great it was adequate. To be honest, I had worse in Europe. from the moment we arrived our bags were whisked of to our rooms and the check in was very quick. So was the check out. the room was clean and tidy. it was an easy walk from the Hotel to the heart of Bukit Bintang. Any number of eating places along the way. Get a massage along the street. We would definitely book here again if returning to Kuala Lumpur.

Good hotel with location”

We stayed here for our vacation and loved the stay. The hotel is centrally located in Bukit Bintang area and is accessible by walk to most tourist related places. The hotel itself was cozy,the room was beautiful with all basic amenities including a mini kitchen - electric cooking, microwave, wash basin, courteous staff, decent breakfast and overall polite staff who were a call away for anything required. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay in the Kuala Lumpur Bukit Bintang area.

Best Hotel in Bukit Bintang hands down!”

Our experience in Bukit Bintang was 10 times much better because we chose Ramada suites. It is a wonderful hotel with a very accommodating staff. They accepted all our requests from late check outs to arranging taxis. The hotel in itself is very clean our room was great with a splendid view. The bed was very relaxing. The infinity pool on the 9th floor is something to look for. The best aspect of this hotel is its location. Everything was in the vicinity, from Changhat to Jelan Alor. The best bars in KL and the best food in KL. Petronas and Menara KL was at a walking distance and so was Berjaya Times Square, Lot 10 and Pavillion Mall. We saved a lot on taxis by going to all these places by walk. This is now my go to hotel for life. Whenever I visit KL, I would always come here. I have developed a longing for the place and the hotel!

The Best Place to stay”

We made a right decision to stay in Ramada Hotel. We arrived at the Hotel before check in time. The staff was really kind and helpful (unfortunately, i forgot to ask his name) as he allowed us to check in at 10 am (free of charge) to get some rest because he said we look so tired. The room is very spacious, i mean it. The bed is comfortable, there's also a sofa inside the room. The room has all you need. Big refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, microwave, kettle, and even a stove! The location is also good.. near convenience store and many restaurants/pub. Jalan Alor is also within walking distance. I would recommend Ramada Hotel to all people who are still searching for a place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. We will definitely go back to this hotel someday.

comfortable and cozy stay”

my family enjoy our stay at Invito, the room clean, spacious and complete with furniture as well as kitchen utensils, since i am travelling with my 16months baby boy. I'm very happy to get additional free baby crib in my room, thank you very much for the kind service. Invito is very recommended, walking distance around 15 minutes from bukit bintang and 10 minutes alor street but have different ambience, location is good, not crowded. we enjoy our stay and get enough rest because not noisy. higher floor is better stay. we highly recommended and will be staying again in this hotel if we visit Kuala Lumpur.

Four star hotel with five star service. ”

This is a new hotel situated in the middle of KL's entertainment district. Hotels are star rated on amenities and I couldn't fault Invito in its four star rating as it has everything one would expect of a hotel at this standard. But the service, staff attitude, cleanliness and general happy feeling in this place is definitely five star. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant (Hubba Hubba) has great happy hour deals. Hotel guests get a 10% discount on drinks at all times. Happy hour seems to go on for most of the day! WiFi is free and fast, car parking is free for guests, secure and and well organised as you use your room key to enter and leave it. This means that they allow you to offload your luggage, check in and go to your room leaving your car on the forecourt for a short while then you can transfer it to the car park when you are ready. Check out is the same in reverse. Much better than getting special passes and ticket waivers like most places. No issue with noise in the rooms although we stayed on a Sunday and Monday night when Cangkat Bukit Bintang is a bit quieter. Asked for high floor and got the 17th, facing Cangkat. Niggles - the beds are a bit short for taller people but it didn't bother me much and I am almost 6 ft. Some of the TV channels were very low in volume hard to hear even when turned up full. Restaurant is not on the hotel billing system so you have to pay cash or credit card every time. But it makes checkout just a simple matter of handing in your room keys if you have paid for the room in advance and don't use the laundry service. Didn't try hotel breakfast as there are plenty of options nearby. Given the excellent price this is my number one recommendation for mid-range hotels in KL. Hope they can keep up the high standard.

Great location”

With an incredible location in the heart of KLCC, and a very short walking distance to the main strip of Changkat Bukit Bintang, this was a really convenient location to get to the other points of interest. The hotel had all the amenities you will need, a clean and well-lit room, with a fairly large space available. Though breakfast was not on par with the room, I had a delightful stay at Ramada Suites.

Overall excellent stay as usual, BUT...”

As per usual, Ramada Suites KL are a brilliant place to stay, service excellent, check-in / check-out simole and quick, Beautiful CLEAN Suites, good security, and of course a great location. (many excellent bars and restaurants within about 100 metres of Ramada Suites). Only a short walk to all of KL Central's shopping malls. I do note however, that your front door security guards, YOUR FIRST PEOPLE TO MEET AND GREET YOUR GUESTS, no longer greet you with a big smile and nice hello. They used to open the door for you with a wonderful greeting ..... now they stand back and scowl, and watch you struggle with bags or to get the door open with arms full of shopping???? Personally, as a Business Owner who deals with the public, I think Ramada's Management needs to look into this poor change of attitude from the guests first contact!

Excellent hotel in a great location. Cannot fault anything about this hotel. Highly recommended for your stay in the hart of Bukit Bintang area. Rooms are spacious, balconies and staff are extremely helpful. Would be my hotel of choice on any future stays in Kuala Lumpur.

Fantastic stay”

We were surprised to be welcomed to a very gorgeous suite with en suite kitchen and living room and room amenities. Great location as it is behind a very busy restaurant/bar area as this hotel is located on a quiet street. Short walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants. Loved the plush and comfy bed. Well-designed room with lots of storage space and electrical outlets. This will be our hotel of choice whenever we travel to Kuala Lumpur.

Recommended for families”

Last time I was in KL I stayed near Chinatown but coming back with wife and 2 kids (7 and 9) was looking for somewhere central to Bukit Bintang and with a pool but looking for space for kids the major chains were too expensive for our liking. This place is fairly new (limited reviews when booked) and fits the bill. It’s very central (5 – 10 min walk) from Pavilion, Lot 10 or Jalon Alor with 2 MRT stations and the free Go KL bus also within 5 minutes. On the short walk to Jalon Alor you pass many western style bars but I actually found the food at the Lot 10 food court (apparently a re-location of a variety of the best Hawker stalls) to be better. Air Asia adjusted flight schedules which meant as a family we sampled the Studio Deluxe (full occupancy) for a night before moving into the 2 bedroom deluxe. Obviously the Studio was a bit of a squeeze for the family but the 2 bedroom was a very good size with amenities that allowed us to make our own breakfast etc. We had one morning at the Hubba Bubba and found the selection limited (though egg man was good) as well as being too dark to see anything and it appears that this is a developing relationship between the two businesses. For example Invito gave us “welcome drink” drink coupons (no conditions stipulated) to this adjoining bar but they won’t get you any beer or wine, just soft drink. Staffs were all friendly and knowledgeable with recommendations for surrounding area – with guidance allowing us to easily take public transport to the Batu Caves, saving a fair amount from a tour. The pool was very good, shallow across the entire pool (about 1m deep) but bigger than it looks in the pictures allowing for lap swimming and play. The same level has good relaxing space if you have a smaller room as well as laundry facilities. If you were in town for extended business or just a short break this place would suit you well.

Staff was not helpful ”

I stayed in Ramada Suites Kuala Lumpur City Centre from 14-03-20 to 17-03-20. Firstly I asked for a Wake Up Call at 0830hrs on the 16-03-20 Monday, however i did not received any Wake Up Call or my mistake i did not hear the calls, unfortunately they did not do any follow up. I didn’t set any alarm on my phone as my phone was battery low and forgotten to bring the charger. Just cause of that incident i had missed my APPOINTMENT on that day. Secondly when Checking out they ask me to pay RM10 for the carpark coupon which i had already made a payment cash on the day itself on 15-03-20 to Ms Jog (forget her full name). On the 18-03-20 at 1950hrs i called back to check if i had any Lost and Found item in the room and were told that they would email me if the item was found or not. Called again on 20-03-20 as they did not email me back for the missing item but managed to talk to Michelle from Front Desk. She was very helpful and had a warm welcoming smile out of every staff they had. You guys should learn from her!!

Impressive Hotel For its price in Bukit Bintang.”

We were made to feel very welcome at the Invito Suites as soon as we arrived. After an 8 hour flight we were able to put the feet up, enjoy a meal and go research the neighbourhood. By the next morning found that we were refreshed for our day in Kuala Lumpur. We found free bus travel not far from the hotel that took us to Chinatown, and nearby there was LRT (monorail) to shopping at Berjaya Times Square. Breakfast was quite extensive and the hotels pool is to die for with an endless horizon.

The best place to stay in KL”

This was the best hotel of all our trip. Large modern rooms that are very very comfortable. I loved having a balcony, as the large double glass doors opened a fabulous view over the city. Everything very modern and nice and very welll done, loved the funky casual staff uniforms too - that's a great idea - hotel staff shouldn't be dressing like business men/women. The pool area was fabulous as was the cool restaurant / bar downstairs. And the location? Simply couldn't get by better with a short stroll to either Bukit Bintang for shopping or that other street for bars and fabulous restaurants. Whenever we come to KL (we transit thru KL a lot) we will definently be staying at this hotel. And we were on the side of the hotel that people complain about music, staying a Fri and Sat night, and I'm a light sleeper, but it was no problem at all.

Great Hotel ”

The hotel is near to Bukit Bintang, and it is located at Changkat Bukit Bintang. There are a lots of bars and cafe around the area. Well, that's mean, it is so happening at night, maybe until midnight. We stayed at 14 floors, and we still heard the sound of music from the next street. The hotel provides ear plugs, so be prepare that you won't get easy night. Kindly remind. Other than that, this is great hotel. Warm and polite stuffs, great location, clean, comfort, this is a very new hotel. Breakfast is good, not much variety of foods, but nothing to complain about. Hotel does has swimming pool and gym room. I enjoy those facilities.

Nice hotel with excellent facilities”

Nice hotel with excellent facilities where you are able to cook in the room. This is very special and unique. The price is reasonable if you compare to other hotels in Kuala Lumpur. There is no parking issue and staffs are friendly. The only concern is the smell of the room which is coming from the toilet to which i found was not pleasing but still acceptable. Keep it up invito!

Great Stay with Modern Amenities.”

Travelled solo. I stayed at the hotel from Sunday, 30 October 2016 to Wednesday, 02 November 2016. Booked for an Executive Studio King room. Got the room at Level 13, Room 07. Location is near Changkat, where it comes alive at night. Approximately 7 minutes walk to the nearest monorail station, Raja Chulan. 10-15 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang & Imbi's Berjaya Times Square Check-in was smooth. So does Check-out. I requested for a late Check-out at 6pm, with an additional RM150. Facilities and amenities was great for a solo traveller like me! Room is clean everyday. I don't cook so I didn't use the kitchenette. No washing machine/dryer in the room but you can do your laundry at Level 9. WiFi is working fine. Everything is in order except for 1 thing; Either the kitchen sink is too small or the sink tap is too high because when I want to wash the kitchenware, the water flow is not smooth. It's kind of splatter-ish. Therefore, I always have to wipe dry the area around the sink or not to stand close to the sink to prevent my shirt from getting wet. However, this is just a minor issue. Security is good. There are always security guards at the entrance/exit. If you come back to the hotel after 10pm, you can only access to the hotel by tapping your room card key at the hotel entrance, so make sure you always have the room card key with you. I read previous reviews about how noisy it can be at night due to the sound and music from night clubs/eateries nearby but guess what, I can sleep soundly! I don't use the earplugs that they provided! Infact, I didn't even close my balcony doors at night when asleep. Perhaps maybe due to 2 factors:- 1) I stayed during weekday nights. 2) My room is facing away from the clubs? My room view is the one facing Parkroyal. This hotel was awarded the top choice for Agoda travellers in 2015. If you were to ask me whether do they deserve it? I would answer Yes, they do. If you were to ask me whether I will stay ther

The hotel is quite ok”

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days. I was impressed by the location, it located in tourist zone, so you can easily enjoy everything (bar, food, massage and etc). It is so close to Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Pavillion, Low Yat and you can go to all these place by walk. The facility of the suite is ok, but the staff's service skills is not the same. I don't think I was in 5 star hotel. I think I was in an apartment. Although, staying at the hotel is acceptable, but I am not sure that I will stay there again because Bukit Bintang have got many alternatives for tourists.

Best Hotel in Bukit Bintang Area”

Located at the center of Bukit Bintang area, near to shopping malls, within walking distance to Monorail station and Bus Stop. This hotel building is new, the room is spacious, clean and comfort. The facilities is also excellent. The staffs are helpful, I arrived 2 hours before the normal check-in time and he allowed to check-in. On the check-out the staff also help me to book a taxi to the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to stay at Bukit Bintang Area.
