Actually did not stay there. Stopped and declared that we would not be staying and the desk manager told me to contact the 3rd party agency we had booked under (Agoda). I did not get a chance to call Agoda so the night was wasted as we continued our trip in to Phoenix that night. Looked like a stunningly cute motel, though! Desk manager was more than friendly and said she had no problem with a cancellation and full refund but I would have to work with 3rd party booking company.

The front desk staff was helpful, but with just one person covering the phones and the desk, clearly she was overworked but was doing her best to multitask. The room noise level (frequent trains climbing the grade plus other guests adjacent being noisy) was too much for a good night sleep. The breakfast was awful. I mean really awful. Full trash receptacles, dirty tables, no orange juice, no coffee cups (without asking), cold coffee, no lids, no butter for the toast, bananas that were way overripe, only cold cereal and 2% milk. And that was shortly after 8 AM on a Monday. The door knob to my room pulled off, so I had to switch rooms shortly after checking in. The restaurant was slow to cook my dinner (45 minute wait) and they didn't have what I ordered (Salmon) so I had to order something else. It's hard to recommend a place that is showing signs of neglect and needs freshening. I felt bad for the staff, but they were doing their best with the hand they were dealt.

We didn't like not having enough blankets. We had to leave the heater on all night and it was noisy. Those are my complaints.

Dirty room....plus old....no breakfast....they say it s breafast I say it’s tree box of cereals and a few toast (brown) with peanut butter...that s it....the pool it s nice...but a lovely old lady was spitting at the pool...fantastic....The garbageat the breakfast was full could not but our own garbage in the trash because it was full no R/C in the breakfast area...very ugly....the first room theygive us...the carpet was dirty, the chair, the shower....they other was better....but the door you could see outside...plus the noices of the trains...plus....plus...nothing good to say about it...a nightmare....I have picture if you wont

Rude staff and dirty”
We had to change rooms as the carpet smelt of dog or cat pee he had no problems in telling us it was the carpet that stunk and wasn't even worried about it. The 2nd room we was a handicap which my mother fell over the bed rail that was hanging out under the bed sham I tried to put the base back on it but was to heavy so called for the manager to come and help he tried but couldn't do it and told us be careful getting in and out I said no way you need to fix it so I got on one side and pushed while he lifted so we could make it safe. Went to breakfast the next morning early and there was only bread and 2 boxes of kids cereal out plus peanut butter the juice machine was broken and the coffee was empty the women told me to go out to the reception area there was coffee there. Dinner that night was just as bad i ordered a house salad with chicken on it 50 plus minutes later it comes out i ask where is the chicken she said oh I don't know I didn't take your order..... really so bad.

Too many things wrong with housekeeping, not the least of which was bursting in the room at 10 am after I was granted a 12 noon check-out. Every towel, sheet, carpet etc. was stained -disgusting. Door lock was broken, not one plastic cup at the sink, door lock between rooms was broken, remote was filthy -didn't even touch it. No curtains for windows; even though they probably would have been stained it would have bee nice to keep the room darker and cooler. This place wouldn't make the grade of a motel 6. Andy Devine is sad.

Only think that bothered us”
The only complaint I have about staying here is a man who worked there knocked on our door about an hour before check out and asked if we were leaving. Before that I caught him looking in our window. Was just rude.

I came In the first room and was not even what pictures looked like,look like the bed had slept in and looked dirty,Then went to second room ,smelt like smoke,Lock was broken,Very bright ,Hard to rest,No water pressure,hot water slim,Rooms do not look like there pics at all ,Motel 6 looks better then these rooms I will never stay again ,Not worth it.

Une nuit sur la route 66”
Nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans ce motel typique de la route 66, chambre propre avec micro-onde et réfrigérateur, piscine bien appréciable après des miles parcourus sous le soleil. Bon petit déjeuner qui était compris dans le prix de la chambre, par contre dîner très décevant : 1 heure d’attente pour 2 salades d’epinards et 2 verres de vin hors de prix ( on nous a tout de même fait une remise pour s’excuser de l’attente et nous n’étions pas les seuls clients exaspérés ). Mieux vaut donc aller dîner à l’extérieur ou dans la chambre équipée.

그랜드캐년으로 이동하며 중간 정착지로 잠만 자려고 1박 숙박. 밤 9시쯤 체크인 하고 방에 갔는데.. 마치 누군가 막 살다가 나간 듯한 방이어서 놀랐네요. 방 잘못 찾아간 줄.. 사진찍어 다시 리셉션 가서 방 청소 안 된거 보여주고 다른 방 받았어요. 1 king bed room예약했었는데, 바꿔준 방은 2 queen beds였어요. 설명이나 안내 없이 저렇게 바꿔줬는데, 저 다음에 체크인 하는 어느 분도 1 king bed예약했었는데 방 없다고 2 queen beds 룸으로 받았어요. 오버부킹 받았나봐요.
