Great location, reasonable price, very satisfying buffet breakfast, very nice & well-trained staff”

My hotel experience was generally great. The room was spacious and clean. The personnel were professional and very accommodating. The hotel location is perfect if you're visiting Cebu City for vacation. The hotel is a spitting distance to malls, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, fastfood chains, massage spas and almost everything. My room was so conducive for sleeping and I could hardly hear the noise outside. I enjoyed my early morning jog at the Fuente Circle just accross the hotel and the very satisfying buffet breakfast of the hotel. LOL. The hotel rate I got thru Agoda was too cheap compared to the satisfaction I had. Well, despite the old facilities, still, I would prefer this hotel over the other 2 hotels I stayed at during my 4-day vacatiom here. I should had booked in Rajah Park during my entire stay. Nextime, this year for sure.

It was my first stay in Rajah Park Hotel Cebu so it was quite a risk for me. At first the major point why I chose this hotel was its location. It was located with restaurants and some bars close by or just a short walk away. It was also near a mall, a pharmacy and some banks with ATM machines. Not to mention that a park is just a stone throw away. Going around the city was not a problem because of the availability of taxis and jeepneys 24/7. The room was clean and the hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. At the lobby a currency exchange agent is available which was a big help for foreign travelers. I was impressed with the security of the hotel. I stayed for 6 days but I went outside the city for 2 days with majority of my things still in the room. When I get back the room was properly cleaned and my things were intact but properly arraned. The complimentary breakfast buffet was definitely the best for me with different variety of choices everyday. I love to work on my computer and get in touch with my friends and family online and a hotel with Wi-Fi connection is absolutely a "come on" for me. Wi-Fi connection was strong but only available in the lobby area where the restaurant was also located. Every night there were live performances and this paused a nuisance for someone working on the computer. It would be good if Wi-Fi connection is available on all floors and rooms. Overall I still love my "long" stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and other travelers on a budget.

Most strategically located hotel in Cebu”

I was very happy with the location of Rajah Park Hotel. It's near everything - the mall, the airport, the restaurants, the shopping centers, the taxis... it's in the center of everything. Even if it was my first time to visit Cebu, I had an easier time navigating because everyone knows where Rajah Park Hotel was located. In addition, the room I used was clean and the housekeeping service made sure I have everything I need. I'm definitely booking in this hotel again when I visit Cebu. :)

The rooms are not quite as smart as the reception and public areas but are well maintained considering the hotel would be approx 30 years old. Aside from the well stocked mini bar there was only two small bottles of fresh water supplied gratis each day. I believe the town water is not suitable for drinking and some hotels have signs advising this. We bought 6 litres of water for drinking and brushing teeth from the nearby Robinsons supermarket for 76 pesos. I did miss a security safe in the room. The air con worked OK but was of the older box type set into a window rather than the more modern split systems which are quieter. Otherwise, the Rajah Park met our expectations for a 3 star mid priced hotel in a good central location and close to most amenities. There are other hotels in the Fuente Osmena area of both higher and lower standards but this hotel served our needs for 3 nights very nicely. Security staff at the entrance were ever mindful of our movements and recorded numbers of taxis that we used.

Highly Recommended Hotel”

One thing that sets this hotel apart is its perfect location. So strategic that you'll have no trouble at getting a ride. It is very near restaurants and the famed barbecue haven Larsians. Robinsons Fuente, Chong Hua Hospital and the Mango Avenue strip are all just a short walk away. Check in was no hassle and front desk staff were courteous and nice. The room we were billeted was nice and clean though a bit dated in some aspects. The double bed was somewhat small though and they could have provided some bedside lamps. Their buffet breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay. It was sumptuous and delicious and a wide variety of food to choose from. And they have an omelette bar yes! I really had pleasant stay at Rajah Park Hotel. Deluxe service at a reasonable price. I'm definitely coming back!

Bet place to stay ”

Loved Rajah Park Hotel. Brilliant staff, great buffet breakfast and smack bang in the centre of Cebu. Make a point of visiting Marshals Irish bar just around the corner, draught beer and seriously talented guitarist singers. Amazing Korean restaurant very close. Loved every minute.

Great central location”

Nice place to stay if you want to shop or see the sights of Cebu City. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you like to gamble there is also a casino, but with only machines, no table games. The bed was very comfortable and clean, nice view out the large window looking out at the park and the sights of Rajah Park. I recommend this place unless you need a pool for the kids.

Rajah Park Hotel is most attractive for teenage travelers because of its proximity to most needed places. Like shopping malls, reataurants and the like. Entertainments abound in the area. In fact the casino is tourist attraction and an unavoidable place where thrill seekers usually converge. Shopping for almost all kinds of goods and apparels abound in the place. Movies are just around the vend where you can enjoy peace and tranquility. Foods is not in short supply. Alomost all fastfood establishments operate in the vicinity.

The best hotel i ever stay why? The location m, the place and room are nice, the staff was very accommodating, and the buffet breakfast that other hotel never give like that, and lastly very low price... thank you rajah park hotel this my 2 nd time to ur place but i never disappoint to you nice and good service good job !!!

i really recommend thisrajah hotel,safe, clean. theres a lot foodchain around, near in robinson, easy transport to any part of nearby place,accomodating staff, cheaf price but clean anf i have no problem when the time i stay in rajah. irecommend this as my second home in cebu

Exceptional”

It was originally a double room good for 2 pax but suddenly a friend of ours joined our tour so we asked the hotel for an extra mattress. But lo and behold, they provided a triple room, instead. So, thank you for that Rajah Park Hotel. They also allowed us to check in early. We arrived 10am and we were able to rest while waiting for our friends who will come from Bohol. :)

Quality hotel in the middle of everything.”

I have stayed at the Rajah Park numerous times as I have physicians in the area. The room are always clean and larger than most other hotels in the area. The free is more than adequate to get the day started right and the staff if courteous and helpful. A quality lower priced hotel worth trying.

Great Place to stay”

The Rajah Park hotel is located on Osmena Circle and centrally located with many places to eat and shop. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day with omelets, chicken rice soup, dried cereals etc available. Room was comfortable and clean and you won't be disappointed.

Decent stay”

The Rajah Hotel was located in centrally in Cebu City. There were lots of clubs and bars nearby. One disappointing thing about staying in this hotel was that it is not close to the beach. The nearest beach was about a 30 minute cab drive away. The hotel staff were friendly and most helpful. At night, in the hotel's lounge, there was live entertainment which was a plus. The rooms were left to be desired. They were old and the air conditioning system did not work properly. If you are in Cebu for a short stay(i.e. 2 days), I would recommend this hotel. Not good for long stays though.

The Right Hotel for A Traveller”

our 3 days and 2 nights stayed at rajah is quite fine. only, the receptionists who accepted us the moment we come inside the hotel were not accommodating. in fact i was thinking of turning back and go to the other hotel near rajah. but my husband feel tired and wanted to have some rest that very moment. another thing was, the next day i was scheduled my one day seminar at rajah for my western union business. the rest of my stay was very okay and comfortable.

Location and excellent breakfast”

This hotel is located on Fuente Circle a well known landmark and convenient hub for all the attractions in Cebu city. The included breakfast is what makes the Rajah such good value for money. The only downside of the Rajah in my opinion are the rooms which are a bit old and outdated.

Excellent”

The hotel has good location, along the Fuente Osmena Circle, across the park, and walking distance to Robinsons Fuente. Our room was bigger than expected with nice, clean beds but we found the room a bit dark. The hotel looks a little run down and the design is a little old fashioned but I think that is its charm (especially the spiral staircase!). The breakfast buffet was decent, too, given the room price. The staff, always smiling, were accommodating, courteous, and helpful. Overall, I'll probably consider booking here again next time I'm in Cebu.

I have stayed here before and have found Rajah Park Hotel to be a very comfortable accommodation. The staff are efficient and friendly. The only drawback for me was the extremely cold air-conditioning in the reception and dining areas

A stay right in the heart of Cebu City”

Place is known and located at the heart of Cebu City. Place is surrounded by 24hr fastfood chains so food will not be a problem. Easy to find that all cab drivers knows this place. It has a casino in the second floor but no table games and very old slot machines. Massage spa in the 3rd floor but they do not allow room service. Breakfast buffet was pretty good with just the right amount of dishes. They also have playing bands at night. Smoking area located on the top floor. Staffs were accomodating. Cons will be the parking space since they have no parking space available even for inhouse guest. Available parking is quite far and with a cost. If I am on business and will be in Cebu without a car with me, I will definitely check the place.

Nice and good for value ”

Nice place in the middle of Cebu city. The hotel its clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bars are just in walking distance from the hotel which make a perfect spot for a solo travellers. In the evening the bend will delight you with their music in the lobby lounge.
