This is my second stay at Radisson Hotel Medan. I had tried a few slightly lower priced once but was not happy with the room or facilities. Radisson stands out in terms of the spacious clean rooms, friendly and greeting staff, great pool view and new gym equipment. I requested for an early check-in this time as my flight arrived super early, they tried their best and provided me a room at 12pm on the New Year's Day which is high demand:) In my online booking request, I have requested if they could provide me a free room upgrade because it's our anniversary, and they have indeed given us an upgraded room with a pool view at 8th floor. The staff from reception to doorman are all in smiles and the greet us all time. Really thumbs up!

Excellent piece of architecture, I must say. Very clean, beautifully new hotel that is classy. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. Check in and check out were quick. Variety at breakfast and is different each morning. The room is huge with high ceiling and exceptionally quiet. Even the music in the corridor cannot be heard inside the room. Great sound proofing. Bathroom facilities are at the best. I didn't get to use the gym or sauna and I think they will be of good standard considering the rest of facilities. Keep it up. I am sure to stay in Radisson Hotel when next I am in Medan.

Great hotel as expected of Radisson.... I stayed in this hotel in my first trip to Medan and I was thrilled. First time at a Radisson hotel and was totally Wow-ed. The accommodations are great, you breath the luxury of the hotel. The breakfast area is very open with a great food assortment in the buffet. Staff is really nice and I felt very welcome. Love Radisson hotel wherever I go... excellent service and hotel room is big, clean and comfortable! Will always love to stay in their hotel again!

A high class (and very expensive) hotel but worth every penny ”
I had a chance to stay at Radisson Medan for 8 nights. Located at the heart of Medan, this high class hotel doesn't disappoint me at all. It was a very expensive stay but worth every penny paid. I even booked my airport-hotel transfer with them and I was very well taken care of from the moment I got off my plane. Great location, awesome service, delicious breakfast, friendly and help staffs, clean room and everything else is just beyond my expectation. For the amount paid, this is definitely worth it. You get exactly what you pay for!

Seamless and perfect and the staff really take care of people. Stayed here over a short work trip, the checked in was swift and fuss-free. I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival and the staff volunteered and sent some herbal tea to the room for me. It really made me feel better. The room is impeccable, it has everything you need and more. The WiFi is supremely fast and reliable. The soft and comfortable bed await after a long work day. The breakfast is amazing and has a wide spread and the service was just right.

What I like about this hotel, room is Super-clean, spacious with panoramic views of Medan. Bed is super comfy and they provide quality amenities like RITUALS Shower gel, shampoo etc. Gym is a must go, it is relaxing to exercise with greenery view around you. Last but not least, most importantly, staff are polite and professional. I had problem with local SIM card on day of arrival and could not connect to data network. A helpful lady staff at reception helped me with the card registration and solved my issue. I will definitely choose this hotel in my next visit.

WORLD CLASS hotel experience. Beautiful sunrise with FATA MORGANA. Radisson Hotel Medan is just amazing. World class everything. Superb rooms with a super comfy relaxing bed, great interior design, very spacious. It just has this feel good vibe from the moment you enter. The management is doing an amazing job, thank you Theresia and the whole RHM Team for a great stay, I will certainly come back. The location is great and close by to everything. Get a room with a beautiful sunrise panoramic views of Medan with FATA MORGANA of Barisan mountains across the city, very relaxing. Nice city view from the top floor restaurant and bar (worth Michelin *) and make sure to have dinner or lunch there.

Reliably brilliant stays throughout southeast Asia. I will be using Radisson as a first choice whenever travelling on business moving froward. The rooms are exquisite in every city I've stayed, the staff always go above and beyond to make the stay as stress free as possible. The breakfasts are fantastic in terms of variety and quality with a myriad of international and healthy options. The gym is great for casual and serious gym-goers with pull up bar and selection of free weights and cardio machines. Radisson is an absolute sanctuary after a long day in traffic and business meetings. Fantastic location, food and ambience. Will definitely be back again. Great for both business and pleasure travel.

We love our stay in Radisson Medan, the room is cozy and Super-clean, view is fantastic, no noise even though the hotel is located in one of the busiest shopping street. We love the nice bathroom. The only flaw was the breakfast. It wasn't that delicious, just so-so. Next time we book for Radisson, we will skip the breakfast option and might book for a room w/o breakfast.

The hotel looks even better than its pictures! The lobby was grand and the space is amazing. Not to mention my smooth early check the hotel has arranged for a room in high floor for me based on my memo request during the booking:) I’m extremly pleased with the size of the deluxe room, more than I imagined! The pool is beautiful and the my boyfriend enjoyed the gym facilities too (the equipments are new) I have even tried the hotel massage, it was not expensive and the massage was wonderful and rejuvenating. Room service was prompt and staff are friendly.

The Radisson is a wonderful oasis of comfort and calm, a sanctuary from the traffic and chaos of Medan. On arrival we were tempted not to set foot outside of the hotel until check-out. LUXURIOUS AND WORLD CLASS Radisson Hotel Medan offers excellent service. Fantastic. I now understand why people who stay at Radisson Medan ever stay elsewhere. When I asked for a morning call, front desk arranged for complimentary coffee sent to the room as well 2 minutes after the call. Never experienced anything like that despite having stayed at all the 5 star chains worldwide. Everything about Radisson Medan oozes of high quality. This is the place to stay if you want to have a relaxing staycation. Everything from the room quality to the breakfast spread to the staff is amazing. Highly recommended.
