Would recommend this hotel very highly. The room was great. The bar come eatery was manned by a very well organised young lady, who seemed to do everything from serving a good range of beers and drinks as well as serving some super food. Manny on front desk was friendly and on the ball. If we had any negatives it would be that Agoda charged us well over what the Hotel itself was charging, if you were to call up and book ( or over the net). But hey ho, that's life! Enjoy.

Front desk staff at night were not very attentive. When I came to ask a question the desk clerk was counting change. She didn't acknowledge me at all until she was done counting. I thought that rude. Most important to me, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable, The room was updated, but they missed a few spots in the bathroom. The light switch was an old electrical box that hadn't been painted properly. The screw-in drain plug was not attached to the tub. Part of the wall/floor trim was poorly matched from a prior repair. These were all incidental things. The complimentary breakfast was much better than I expected; scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt. The eggs had a strange texture, as though steamed, unlike a normal scrambled egg, but they tasted fine.

Rooms pretty good. Maintenance not keeping up on things like loose faucets, etc. Hallway carpets in poor condition. Can’t get coffee till they open breakfast room promptly at 6:00.

sketchy b grade motel”

fire alarm cleared out the hotel at 3:00am. cops swarming the place till am, sketchy looking people there. cops had several in handcuffs. would not let us know what happened to clear the hotel. old hotel.. VERY OLd.. and run down. good breakfast. hoodlums and drugies there on long term program. don't feel safe in this hotel

This is not a real Radisson chain property. It is independently owned and you'll notice it right away. Do yourself a favor and book with the direct Radisson chain in downtown.

The staff was great and accommodating when we had the change our son into a handicap room, but the breakfasts had very little food and they did not refill the empty trays. Hotel is quite old and outdated - giving the appearance it is not very clean.

Pay for what you get”

The rooms need an update. Floor was tacky and almost gross feeling because they were so old. Definitely pay your moneys worth. Dinner was amazing compared to the room. That was the best thing about the hotel.

Great place only 10 minutes from downtown”

If you don’t want to spend hundreds to stay downtown but you want to stay in a nice place, this is perfect. It was only a 10 minute Uber ride and then we didn’t have to pay for parking. There is no shuttle running downtown anymore so plan on finding a ride if you want to go into the city. Great accommodations.

Breakfast was great. Location is good. Price is right. Room was clean. Staff is friendly. The Campus is not scary and no vagrants. I am grateful to have found this one.
