There were cherry blossoms along the driveway of the hotel! We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet were good too! Shuttle service were available to go to disneyland and back! It was our second time here. We’ll be back still!

Great base for Disney”
Great hotel as a base for Disney, the shuttle was handy and frequent, not too busy either. It’s about 15 mins in the shuttle but only took about 4 mins to drive so it’s very close. The breakfast buffet was really good, loads of choice and all tasty. The staff in the restaurant were lovely too. Rooms were very nice and had some English tv channels, safe, tea/coffee, hairdryer. I left the go not disturb sign on one day as I’d left the room a mess and didn’t want the cleaners in but when I came back the sign was gone and they’d been in. They then opened the door when we were in bed about 8 o clock aswell. Which wasn’t great. Don’t know what happened there but neither thing was a big issue really. It’s a lovely hotel and we would definitely stay again

Nice place with free access to disneyland”
Nice hotel with superb restaurant (dinner) while breakfast was acceptable. Don’t forget to check free shuttle bus in the busses row. There is a FREE one there directly to hotel. We were wandering around in and out of Disney gate with heavy suitcase since people we were asking weren’t quite good in English leads to poor direction.

Great location, some staff rude”
While this is a great property and the location is good, some of the staff were just downright rude. As an english speaker, I felt like there was some disdain when I asked the staff if they spoke english (in french nonetheless!). While french is the native language, Paris and its outer regions is a city that attracts people from all over the world. A bit more hospitality training may do some good for door staff. Check in staff were great.

A waste of potential”
Change the management. The staff does not know what to do, how to act, nothing make sense (breakfast with two brocken coffee machine, no big spoons, no water in room, empty mini bar, bell man that do not help with lugagges, stressed, rude and under qualified staff, dry garden etc...great potential but complete waste. This place is not family friendly. A cheap cheap cheap hotel for unprepared tourist using the radisson brand!

Though the room is quite clean but a lot of things are broken...tiles in the bathroom make noise everywhere we walked (afraid that it goona brake underneath our feet). Also ee booked for 2 ppl but everything was set to 1 set coffee cup and toiletteries. The breakfast was nightmare!!!!. We bumped into a group of tour and there was absolutely no food left in the buffet area and i waited for a long time but no refill. Now we have doubts for "radisson" standard

Slow and unprofessional. Waiting in line for checking in for long time. Travelling with a 2y baby and staff didn’t even bother to ask our needs about bed types. Instead he arranged 2 twin beds as a double bed so my son stuck in between the bed constantly all night.

Lors de la prise de possession de notre chambre, vers 13 heures, le paquet de longe sale et une bouteille de champagne vide étaient devant la porte et sont restés jusqu'à environ 16 heures. Dans la douche, le cordon de douche était détérioré et laissait passer un filet d'eau qui partait de côté. On attend mieux d'un 4 étoiles. Sinon très sympathique accueil à l'accueil et au bar. Le moins : c'est la première fois que je paie le parking d'un hôtel ...
