Nice hotel”

Had to book this last minute as I couldn't sleep at the first hotel due to the extreme hardness of the bed. So it was a bit above my usual budget but a very comfortable room. The whole area of Sri Racha is really an industrial hub of Thailand (not a tourist strip) and set up for Japanese and Koreans aligned with the local factories. As usual, the local Thais are as friendly as ever but restaurants and bars are aimed at Japanese and Korean visitors - which is completely understandable. So if you don't speak enough Thai, Japanese or Korean it's difficult to get by with just English.

Excellent Chill Out Spot”

This place is amazing, if you're staying in Si Racha or just passing through. I had a great time here chilling out with excellent sleeps, it's a luxury hotel for the price you pay and they offer great food and service. Highly recommended.

Very nice staff but noisy property”

The staff of the Racha Residence are very well trained, reception speak excellent English and are very helpful. Even the maids are helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but small and they are quite noisy as the hotel is located in a residential area on a noisy street. I laughed at how one previous reviewer commented that he had to change hotels because his previous hotel the bed was so hard but in the Racha Residence the beds are like rocks - much too hard. Most guests are Japanese workers- most tv channels are in Japanese with absolutely no English choices. Breakfast is mostly Japanese Thai. The gym is a joke, the machines are so poorly made, the bike seat would not go high enough for a person over 170 cm. The hotel would have done better to buy a few decent Life Fitness machines instead of a set of really badly made junk.

Good hotel with good breakfast”

Was a very good stay at Racha Residence. Near (around 15-20 minutes walk) major shopping centre (Robinson) and 10 minutes to Tuckom (IT related centre ). There is shortcut through the side of the hotel which probably saves 5 minutes to Tuckom and the bus terminal. Room was spacious with a small living room and kitchenette. TV mostly catered for Japanese people (few channel in Japanese). Breakfast was good with a variety of food each day. There is a Lawson (convenience store) in front of the hotel. Would stay here again.

Fully equipment and Clean”

Not far from center of Sri Raja. I booked 2 BR suite, it was comfortable, there was plenty of room (68 sq.m.) However, the bathroom was too small when compare to the other space in the room. There were Robinson department store and Max Valu, not far from the accommodation. You could cook there. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

Super clean comfortable”

I have stayed at 3 different hotel Sriracha but this the best. From outside looked like really high class hotel and inside was not a disappointment . Not centrally located but only 3 minute drive from center so no problem for me anyways. Half price of places I stayed before and far superior so I will always return here. Whole building is new so not like some hotel where have good room in one wing and rubbish room somewhere else.

Good facility (but not perfect with young children)”

This facility is like a long term residence condo, equipped with enough kitchen utensil. You can even cook in the room! Microwave and fridge are provided. The hot water tab wasn't stable so adjusting the right temperature for bathing was not easy.. However, we stayed only for a night (with a one yr old child). The door (or the wall) was thin enough that we could hear ppl walking pass our room, talking. Our family enjoyed their selections of breakfast that ca,me with the room.

Nice hotel value for money”

Got the last minute deal on my personal business trip. The place was clean and the staff were friendly, despite the fact that I checked in at 11:00 pm. Love the Japanese TV, the Lawson store which is conveniently opposite of the hotel and the hotel's Japanese restaurant downstairs with cheap & delicious food. A set of assorted sashimi for 2 people at 300 THB, Asahi draft beer 59 THB!

Love it - convenient, clean and friendly staff”

Really worth the value. The hotel is conveniently located near all the amenities. Lawson convenient store opposite. Lots of local foods around. Room is really spacious. Staff are friendly and courteous. My room air con broke down and they promptly transferred me to the closest room and offered assistance. I hear their foods are nice at the hotel too but didn't get to experience. Hotel has car park for their guests. I would stay again.

Nice Hotel If you don't want to be near the beach”

Benefits: There is a 24 hour market directly across the street, there is a washer in the room. The air condition works very well, plenty of closet space. Room was nicely laid out. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was okay but the bathroom was small. The price was right (inexpensive), but I would never stay there again as it was not my cup of tea. A couple of other things. Negatives you have to walk by the garage to get to the elevator. The elevator does not go the floor, one stop for 2 floors ie 4 is for both for and 5. When you check in they want a "Cash" deposit and will not take a credit card. Only $500Bhat, but be prepared. The photos of this hotel are a little misleading. The hotel is in the middle of what I would consider the business district. In closing if you on a budget, this is not a bad place to stay.

Nice to stay for business traveller”

Wanted to stay overnight for dinner with customers in Siriracha area. The room was more than I expected, probably worth more than its price. Especially inside the room was completely facilitated for me. I will choose here from next time for sure!

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and new. Room is very clean and looks new too. Bed is comfortable. Everything is good and no complains at all. Hotel comes with gym and restaurant too. Will certainly return to stay at this hotel if given the chance.

overall, a fine stay”

The room was clean and the location was okay, but the staff were odd. Their English is not strong, and although we are foreigners, we can speak Thai. We tried speaking with them in Thai, and they understood, because they responded appropriately, but in very poor English. This happened at every interaction. Odd. Also, on the first morning, the maid knocked on our door before 9am and said "cleaning." I spoke to her in Thai and asked her if she could come back in 2 hours, and she agreed but didn't seem happy about it. That night we put the 'do not disturb' sign on the door, to get a sleep in, and the reception desk called our room instead, asking if we want cleaning. At the Residence restaurant one night, my husband ordered a beer, and I ordered a water. When he was about 2/3 finished the first beer, they brought out another one. We thought it must have been buy-1-get-1, and then when he was 2/3 of the way through the second one, they brought out a third one. Again, just odd.

The room was very clean and small kitchen was so nice and all the necessary equipments were ready. All the staffs were very friendly and I felt very welcomed. I would like to stay once again at this hotel if I visit Bangsaen. (Higly recommended for trip with car, but not so suitable for guest w/o car.)

Value for money”

Staffs were friendly. The room was well equipped. Breakfast was tasty. The location is not far from the city. There's a Japanese restaurant at the hotel. There are a few Japanese restaurants around the hotel too. Would go back again if I have a chance.

Very Enjoyable!”

Very clean and tidy with helpful staff. We had a lovely room for 4 of us that was spacious and comfortable. We found it easy to get out for shopping or local food and to access other tourist attractions nearby using the bus/mini van services on the main road. The free TukTuk service was really good too but only between 5-8pm. Would definitely stay again
