Lack of communication. Fault na ng crew for double booking us pero naki hati pa kami sa compensation for relocation as in 50-50 kami which is dapat full compensation yon for the hassle and stress,and thinking na wala kaming alam sa baguio they let us walk alone at 1am sa paglilipatan namin. Tapos walang service toiletries, you need to buy them. Buti na lang may dala kami. Room smells bad, sobrang tapang ng amoy ng paint, binigyan lang kami ng almost empty na air freshener, halos di na namin ma-spray.

Not worth the payment. ”
No internet during our stay. Upon staff advice Bfast was pre ordered the night before but come bfast the ff morning, service was slow, some food items were not available (juice, condiments, etc). Daughter had waffle, but when we requested for extra syrup it took long before it was served. Bottomline bfast was not prepared in advance hence pre ordering the night before seem useless. Positive was staff was very couteous and welcoming. But phone calls were not answered beyond the office hours. I wont mind the hotel rate expenses if services were good.

It was such a hassle free stay in R bed & brearkfast. Staff are accomodating and facilities are all doing good. I enjoyed tinapa breakfast. Thank you very much and hope to comenback with our shih tzu.

Great value but hot shower is hard to navigate”
Pros: - although there were only 4 of us, we booked the family room, which was the last remaining room. It was spacious and clean - breakfast was good and restaurant was clean - they allowed bagdrop before checkin and early checkin too. Thanks for that. It’s good value eitherway since we’re barely in the room - there is aircon, fan, towels and free parking - good value for money Cons: - the shower is tough to navigate so oftentimes we had to endure a really cold or really hot shower. It is never consistent. It was awful since it was so cold at the time - in the bathroom, there’s no place to put toiletries and stuff - no shower curtain either so it’s cooold If they can improve on the cons part, this place would be perfect!

Like how polite and attentive the staff are. Location is in the center and taxis are in the area. The water pressure is low - took sometime for us to finish taking a bath. There are also ants in the fridge area and in the vanity area. Something that they may want to look into. Also, the food in the buffet is just not great, we ended up having upset stomach so we refrain from eating. They only have buffet from 10AM - 2PM. The complimentary breakfast is good though we only tried it once as we have to checkout early next day since we are on coding (Baguio city proper has 7AM-7PM coding on weekdays). What I love the most are the beddings - very hotel like. Overall it was a good stay.

Perfect for Pooches”
We got there when there was renovation and an instance when their water pump was not working for the whole day (they provided buckets of pale water). Aside from those hiccups, it's a very good place for families to stay with their pooches. The place and linen were clean enough. Also, Baguio has a scarcity of hotels wherein you can stay with your pooches so R Bed and Breakfast provides this for you at a good value for money.

Best Pet Friendly Accommodation in Baguio”
The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Baguio (specially if you have your pets with you). We really enjoyed our stay here, we wanted to extend but unfortunately, they’re fully booked already. Hoping to visit again soon 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
