New Experience for holiday ”

All the while staying in hotel but this time try a apartment. Quintet Apt @ Cameron is a newly completed apartment. Some units still under renovation. Therefore, the furnitures and electrical goods are new. Bedding lining is very comfortable and warm enough during the cold night. I like the hot water in the shower- strong and hot enough to shower away my tiredness. There are some minor problems due to the developer poor quality products but the staff very helpful and responded very fast. Thanks for helping us during our stay. Some recommendations- pls provide some plate that is microwave safe and disposable fork & spoon in a pre-packed bag like in kfc/ mc Donald’s.. Overall very happy for this holiday. Will come back to Quintet Apt.

I went to Cameron Highland three times yet Im still choosing to stay at the same hotel which is Quintet Apartment. Satisfied with all the facilities provided. Recommended for everyone.

In the middle of construction work. Not ready for renting out. ”

Large property, newly completed, one WC doesn't work. The accommodation is advertised for 6 but only crockery provisions for 2. The view outside the lounge window is a huge car park deck that is currently being smashed up to carry out remedial works. The kango hammering started at 8am and went on until at least midday when we left to visit the tourist attractions. While the flat is finished there is so much construction works incomplete that the property should not be presented to rent out. We couldn't reach the telephone number on booking as it went unanswered after 5 or 6 calls to say we were running late. If the construction works were finished then this would be a very different report. We were contemplating checking out on the first day. The noise of concrete drilling was so loud it spoiled our 3 days in Cameron Highlands.

I could say this is one of my best stay at Cameron Highland. Unfortunately, i'm quite disappointed with the door lock. All lock dysfunction except front door. Quintet management should fix this. Others are good.

Apartment was new n clean.. however there area of improvement need. 1st. There is sharp edge of furniture ie tv cabinet, cofee table in the apartment. Not suitable kid since it might injured them. Recomended to install sharp stopper.. 2nd - No iron dryer available in the apartment. This is basic ammenitiesn its premium apartment.. should have. 3rd- Check out time. No staff available for check out in the morning.. staff only available at 9am

3 days 2 nights vacation”

It was a great experience where the host made the check in experience quite simple and easy. It took less than 5 minutes to check in. The apartment was provided with one personal parking space. It was a pleasant to see the condition of the house once entered. The apartment was fully furnished with all queen beds in all 3 bedroom complete with kitchen equipment as well as sofa and tv (with astro). The location is very strategic which is only minutes away from tanah rata town and alternative route to the night market and brinchang in case of congestion. Will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

It was pleasant stay, easy check in check out process. Things are as the pictures. Overall good place for a short stay and very near to Tanah rata town.

A perfect place for your huge family and last minute joined friend”

Superb location, near Tanah Rata town which is 1 minute drive. Designated and easy access parking. High level of security. Great scenery, great for Gram. Really spacious room, main room can accommodate 4 adult and 2 children, and whole apartment can accommodate 10 adult and still got some more room for your last minute joined friend. Plus all room have windows for fresh air and second room has direct access to second toilet. Complete amenities. Very friendly staff. We been there during weekdays to avoid traffic jam.

Pros -very helpful and friendly female malay staff, forgot to ask her name -beautiful apartment, new building, opened Oct 2017 -conditions were as advertised on Agoda, e.g. new furniture, tea plantation scenery Cons -stove under maintenance, cannot be used, but we didn't mind as we didn't cook -unstable shower temperature, but still hot enough to take a shower Overall, we're satisfied customers and will come back next time

Pros: Located near to Tanah Rata town. Our communication with the staff named Haslam was easy and quick. There’s lots of restaurants and sundry shops nearby but the apartment itself completely quiet. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Spacious, Modern Interior, Wifi, Kitchenette & equipped with almost everything i needed. The security guard house named Rony was helpful. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this apartment! Cons: Cleanliness of the toilet can be improved. Provide more tissue paper.

Comfy stay ”

Pros- Apartment very new, very clean and spacious. Staff is attentive to feedback and request. Cool weather with cooling environment even without aircon. Pictures shown is exactly the same . Cons- no wifi, no slipper in the house due to cold floors, utensils not sufficient, no oven, TV channel also limted. Should install a side switch next to bed area, cannot locate socket switch in one of the bedroom. Find the design abit weird.

Very recommended for those who looking for the comfort apartment to stay at Cameron. The staff was very nice & kind. The house was superb! Very clean and cosy. The bed was really really good. The comforter was very fluffy & good smell. All the appliances were good in condition such as microwave, iron & hair dryer. The toilet was clean & the water heater was in a good condition. Overall was good & nice. Really recommended! The price also very reasonable.

The apartment is very clean and nice, worth with the price. 3 queens bed in 3 rooms. If you want to stay with family, this is good place to stay.

Need quite place to sleep”

My family stay at Quintet was good. Facilities in the apartment adequate and in good working order. However, I can’t have a good night sleep as it was noisy till - 1st night: 1.30am and my 2nd night at 3.15am. I really hope that the management can come up with some house rules for example quite time after 12am. This suggestion was based on my experience staying in Symphony Quintet. Hope the management can improve on this. Looking forward to stay here again at Quintet.

Very big apartment with 3 big bedrooms.Clean and very near from Tanah Rata and Brinchang.Value for money and peaceful.This unit suitable for big family with extra beds in 2 rooms.WIFI available but cannot access internet..it s better for the management to check it out with this issue.Overall experience is good and nice place to stay with your family.
