Very nice unit with excellent view of the lake and mountains. Close enough to shops but far enough from the crowd. Unfortunately no on-site parking

The facility was beautiful, very well appointed, modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. There were quirks, however: there were 4 of us renting a large space with 2-½ baths, yet we only had one minuscule soap to share among us!! These are very nice and well appointed apartments but there is no reception area so we had no idea where to go, where to park, or how to find any of this out. When we called, the lady was less than helpful and only wanted a credit card number (even though it was fully paid) before she would tell us where to go. Very odd indeed and pretty much ran counter to every hospitality concept we might have. Once we were in, however, the place was great. Far from downtown (we stayed in town when we wanted to see Queenstown), but very convenient for our early flight the next morning. The location is quite isolated and not at all touristy so you can only walk to a couple of hotel-affiliated spots but they were quite good and very convenient.

Nice Place to Stay but Sketchy Booking and No Parking”
I'd like to start off - The apartment was clean and really spacious. We had a group of 6 people in 3 bedrooms and along with the kitchen/living room/cinema room/dining room we found to be large and accommodating for the price. But before getting to the apartment, we were quite scared and confused after booking through Agoda. We received an email from the hotel in very bad English that was CC:ed to a hotmail.com account. They asked for our credit card details and a deposit. After looking up their website, we were even more wary. The website is a freepage by Wix, in even worse English, and after doing some searching we found the site and email addresses are hosted in Israel - not New Zealand. So we called our bank and put a flag on our credit card. After calling the hotel's phone number (located in Auckland, not Queenstown), we were still not that confident. The hotel key was a passcode sent via email. And as we deduced, there is no hotel check in or staff on site. Queenstown Village Apartments has the next door Hilton to help customers with any problems. Luckily we didn't have to call for any assistance. That being said, the apartments are next to many other hotels being built. They were not actively building when we stayed but I can imagine it would not be enjoyable if you were there during a day when they were. Also - no parking. There is parking 'in the village' and a single dedicated spot to your apartment in a parking garage. These are not near the apartments, they are down the hill. It is not convenient. We were there on a very slow weekday so we had few problems, but on a busy day with no parking, if we had more than one car in a group or with local buses going to and fro, I don't know what we would have done. The 'village' is nice with restaurants and cafes and pubs in the vicinity. But with a kitchen in the apartment was sort of useless to us. The waterfront has a water taxi for easy access. New but small apartment”
I expect slightly more than what I have paid. Location of apartment is good as we drive ourselves everywhere anyway. There is no staff or reception when you check in and check out, so if you require a lot of information or helps this is not for you. We stayed in a 4 bedroom apartment, I was quite disappointed it is a split level, which did not mention in the description I believe, the whole apartment is very small compare to the other rental apartments I have stayed in Queenstown.

位置有點偏離，但是適合家族旅行，房間沒冷氣是缺點，夏天夜晚有時候也蠻悶熱還要開窗，怕熱的人不適合！需要爬很多樓梯，老人或行動不便也不適合！要聯絡客服十分麻煩，因為沒有reception，客服還有固定上班時間，備品不夠的話要補還蠻不方便的！裝潢高級有廚房是bonus！
