Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the awesome attitudes of the staff! Dulce & Ashley at the desk are terrific, and also Kimberly in housekeeping:) We will definitely be back when visiting Phoenix!

In of some TLC”

This hotel is great for its location. Walkable or a short Cab/Uber/Lyft ride away to multiple shops and restaurants in the area. It’s just off the Expressway making it really convienient for getting around to wherever you need to go. There is ample free parking and the breakfast selection served is quite impressive. The Hotels Staff were friendly and helpful and looked like they really enjoyed working there. The rooms however are in need of a DESPERATE Overhaul! The carpets have seen better days and were absolutely filthy and warn, The sheets duvets and towels were old and had stains on them. Walls needed to be washed (as there were beverage spills that hadn’t been acknowledged) and there was light coming through the door frame from the hallway. The owners should reinvest in their property as it has excellent bones and features. We found that this property wasn’t up to the standard of the Quality Inn Brand.

Pros: spacious, clean, simple and utilitarian with a few extra conveniences, like an extra pillow and blanket, iron, blow-dryer, coffee maker. Cons: An airport shuttle service was offered. We signed up for the 4am shuttle, and at 0403 we walked into the lobby to find it had left without us, with only one passenger, according to the sign-up sheet. Did not appreciate the extra stress and expense.

Ok for the weekend ”

For the price it was a good stop. Housekeep was very lacking. Put dirty sheets on the bed. Rooms were just so so. Not very big. Older style could use some serious maintenance and updates. Guest laundry is ok for just a quick wash. Listed as a 3 star hotel and I would give it 2.5 stars at the most. The breakfast was good. They kept it hot and replenished. Front desk staff was kind courteous and professional.

Business Travel - Good value for cost”

Great location for my business travel. My room was clean and well appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, ironing board, coffee pot and more. I was able to work comfortably from the desk using the hotels complimentary wifi. I did not use the outdoor pool or eat from the free breakfast bar. Good value for the money and I would stay here again.

In the end”

I initially selected this facility because it had airport transportation and was disappointed to hear due to the status quo of our times it was not happening. And was happy to find all the other in room amenities soothing.

Room was well furnished”

Quality Inns need to get it together regarding the housekeeping staff. This is the second time I have been barged in on without them even taking note that I was a stayover guest. It's not my responsibility to let them know the room is verifiably occupied.

Basic ”

The hotel served our needs budget wise but is in desperate need of room upgrades!! The carpet is in total need of replacement and the sheets and bedding and towels had stains and blood marks etc on them. Upon request these were switched out. The staff are amazing but are only able to work with the tools they are given!! Great pool and workout room and the breakfast surpassed expectations!! Hope the owners and managers meet to work things out to upgrade the property because it has great location and bones and stafff to support it but needs a financial injection to bring her up to current standard for property brand.

Great. A tad outdated but perfect for the price”

The stay was great. Front desk was friendly. Free breakfast was good and well stocked even late into the 6am - 9am window. Hotel is a little dated but very clean. My only complaint would be the bed. It was old and a bit on the hard side but we both slept well. I would definitely stay again.

Solid”

Sort of a diamond in the rough - externally a little older, not much to look at, elevator kind of dirty. But the room is spotless, has a nice layout, nice sized tv and the bed is wonderful. Bonus: they have a fitness center. It’s not much but it did the trick for me

Had a positive experience in every way except for one. The room was adequately cleaned. The stairs were awful. Cigarette buts everywhere and enough of them to have been there for days.

It must have been spring break or something - I saw a lot of kids running around and playing at the pool. Wasn't loud - so still slept like a baby

1 day was long enough”

The hotel was under rennovation, so a lot of the rooms weren't even available. The illuminated "Clarion" sign was so faintly lit that I could barely see it from the road. Fortunately, my taxi driver knew where he was going. I chose this hotel for it's close vicinity to the shop where I was picking up my car. I would not repeat a visit to this hotel. There is no room service or wifi, but there is wired internet service. They provide various food delivery menus in the area, but most places were closed at the late hour I arrived. The room size was decent, but the bathroom had a bathtub and toilet both squeezed into a small room. The room was comfortable, but the overall hotel experience was disappointing.

The front desk staff was very friendly each time I spoke with them. I gave 3 stars for cleanliness because the carpet was all stained up so we were not comfortable walking around without shoes and there was a lot of dirt on walls in the bathroom and near the door.

Way too noisy at night, door didn’t have any weather strip, we noticed that until next morning, Hotel is situated close to the freeway exit. I would not recommend if you’re planning to rest and sleep. You can hear people talking outside and inside, smoking,etc. Bed not comfortable at all. We had a miserable night. Reserved a non smoking but you can smell cigarettes scent everywhere, very disappointed

Deceptive”

I don’t know WHO gave the good reviews for this to get a “very good” rating but this place was scary, dirty, old and run-down, and the staff extremely rude. I travel a lot and have a wide range of comparisons and I really question who gave the past reviews.

Good”

Room was nicer than expected. Pillows were nice and fluffy. The breakfast was very good . The bed was a little hard for myself and they could have had more towels in the room. Also our T.V. didn't work.
