Great Quality Inn looks very modest outside, but a place on the inside. Great Pool, kiddie pool and great staff.

Great value”

Located near Moffitt Cancer Center rooms are clean it's a high volume Hotel and the outside and common area's can show the wear and tear. On site Restaurant is reasonable with better than average food.

Booking through Agoda”

I got a really good deal booking through Agoda, my room was listed at $ 76.00 a night, with Agoda I paid $ 46.00 a night, now THAT"S a great deal!!!!!!

Roaches ”

After checking in with my grandson, I went to close the drapes and found 1 small roach and then another one crawling on the wall. I killed the one crawling, and the other one was dead but stuck on the drape. I did not asked to change the room because or was late and I was exhausted from driving. After that I didn't see anymore. And everything else was fine. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast was decent, compare to other hotels I have stayed.

Beautiful hotel”

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Surrounded by grocery stores and numerous resturants. Less then 7 mins shuttle ride to Busch Gardens. The shuttle is free and they pull up up right on front of the park with no walking. Same with pick up. They have a free breakfast in the morning that has absolutely everything anyone could want for breakfast. The lobby area is completely remodeled and resembles high end hotels. The resturant inside has a very nice menu and the bar staff is very nice. The front desk staff couldn't keep the pool towels stocked. And was not accommodating on a late check out stating they were fully booked on a Monday, which did no seem to be true.

Excellent”

Very clean and the lady who cleaned the rooms was very friendly. Service fee should be what the booking agency indicated ($1.95) and not over $3 - that’s what the hotel said they charge. Online pictures of the rooms should also be updated, they are old with the red bedspreads.

Exceptional”

The hotel was convenient located . The free shuttle to Bush Gardens was awesome the driver was very nice and accommodating pick us up in a timely fashion played nice vacation music he made the perfect vacation . also the front desk staff very nice and helpful the restaurant is magnificent. You don't have to go far everything is close by.

Great value - a few issues ”

My only issue is the first two rooms I killed a roach. We switched rooms once, but the hotel offered us nothing but an apology. There are a lot of signs that say no smoking in the corridors, and by the pool, but that’s exactly where people smoke, and nothing is done about it.

Exceeds expectations”

Room was acceptable, for price. The pool was great and many places to eat in the area.

8 Days”

They have everything you need for your stay. Nice to see iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Always refreshed the towels, fitness room and two pool areas. Their Asian restaurant is nice. The morning breakfast as always full, they never ran out of anything. On site laundry was good as well.

US Trip”

Staff member wasn't too friendly at check-in, she didn't even bother to say "hello". Wasn't too sure what to expect after such an uninviting reception but was pleasantly surprise at size of room, friendliness of staff at Breakfast and also cheap guest laundry. Despite the "unwelcome" reception, everything else exceeded our expectation.

Awful Staff”

Location was good but staff member at the front was so awful and rude. Terri D. made a mistake while she was explaining the payment and that can happen. But she didn't say sorry at all and kept being very rude. She kept staring at me without smile (actually she looked mad) and her tone of the voice was impolite and rude. It was such a disappointing attitude and sad that this person is representing Quality Inn at the front desk.

Good value”

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. However the room I was in, had to have the bathroom door closed because of a strong sewage smell. The same smell came from the sink when running the water.

The title says it all. Basic room with cheaper price for the area with free shuttle to Busch Gardens.

Our stay was amazing the kids park was great for the kid and Schneider welcomed in he was amazing thanks for everything! We will definitely be back 🤞🏽❤️❤️

Good place with good price”

It is a decent property. Very good for family with children. It has a very convenient location, with a huge mall opposite. Bus stand close by to roam if you do not have a car. Good breakfast. Good service.
