Pros - spacious house, each rooms with aircon - value for money - good facilities, house with refrigerator, washing machine and Internet Cons - house smells a bit weird, not stinky or smelly.. just weird.. owner should spray some light perfume - location a bit far from main road and any cafes

Dalaman rumah ini bersih dan kemas. Kemudahan tandas jika dapat dinaiktaraf pasti akan membuatkan rumah ini lebih selesa. ( Buat masa ini hanya tandas cangkung yang disediakan). The interior house is super clean. An ugrade of the bathroom / toilet would be great. ( as of now, the house only offers squatting toilet, which maybe a hassle to older people)

Smell of ubat gegat”
A big turn off when you open wardrobe in the master bedroom, the smell of ubat gegat is sooo strong.. how i’m suppose to keep my clothes.. same goes to drawer that kept all plates, mugs and spoons.. the smell of ubat gegat is soo strong and will definitely cut my appetite.. Perhaps the owner can use natural pest control instead..

Everything is basically complete. Owner was very accomodating, whenever I needed anything the response n actions were very quick. Highly recommended for those who are not expecting too much. I didn’t read earlier comments about the master bedroom not having a proper toilet and I didn’t expect that I would get 2 single beds combined for a master bedroom with small ikea blankets. But since it was a short stay, I was just okay with it.

The worst ever....!”
Lots of mosquitoes, went in one of the room, can't go out due to spoilt knob. The other master room were terrible, can't lock and after closing the door, big gap to see through what's inside. Curtain were see through!! Floor were greasy everywhere because they were using office kind of carpet for wiping feet on the toilet, which is non absorbent! Master room washroom is only for washing hands, no toilet. Body shampoo offered were really red in color. Upon washing my hands, the coloring were still on my hands....reddish!! Water filter were not cleaned, yucks!!! When moving the induction cooker, a lizard were escaping!!! The worst nightmare ever!!!

Rumah bersih dan selesa. Cuma ada bbp perkara yg boleh diperbaiki: 1. Pintu masterbedroom tak bole dikunci. 2. Kipas didalam masterbedroom sgt2 slow dan bilik panas. Speed controler kipas utk adjust kelajuan kipas tidak berfungsi. Wlpn disediakan aircond dlm bilik tp tak bole la klu nak ON aircond je sepanjang masa tak praktikal utk overnight. 3. Penapis air cuckoo juga tidak berfungsi dgn baik (hot & cold). Air yg keluar sgt sedikit. Bila nak ambil air utk minum, air tak keluar. Kalau nak ambil air panas pun tak boleh. Harap bole panggil ejen cuckoo utk servis.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dgn rumah berkonsepkan IKEA serba putih tersebut, cuma bilik depan tu kena pasang blckout curtain sbb sng nmpk luar, lain xdek ape semua best siap sediakan plug nyamuk Lagi...🤝ade rezeki ke sini lagi sy pasti repeat rumah ni....keluarga saya selesa, sebelom terlupa ade CUCKO jugek 🤭🤭🤭, lain2 mcm brg dapo sabun mandi basuh baju ka pa pandai2 la beli kat mesra mall, xkn nk harap tuan rumah juga, banyak cekadak kau...terima kasih sekali lagi
