Great staff, welcoming atmosphere”
We've only stayed at Puri Sari for one night after returning from a 2D1N boat trip before leaving for Bali at the end of our four week trip. Every single staff member we met was exceptionally friendly and did their best to make our stay memorable. In the short time we've witnessed a charming live music performance at the restaurant whick was well received a cute family danced to it. The breakfast was included and very good. Eggs were made to order and a buffet includinga wide range of western and asian choices was available. The hotel had a nice pool, pool towels were provided. The room was very large with the widest bed I've ever slept in. The romantic four poster bed also carried a mosquito net which looked nice. The bathroom in our room had a shower with both a rainforest and a "pressure cleaner" shower head. The shower itself had a huge footprint, larger than most hotel bathrooms. It felt like having the shower of a public spa to oneself. In the morning the friendly reception staff prepared the bill and arranged an airport transfer. Everything was stress free. We would come again, and wish everybody all the best. Hopefully the Corona crisis will end and tourists will be able to return to Labuan Bajo in the near future.

Good value for money”
Great location, with good facilities like a nice swimming pool (but by the end of the trip, the water wasnt very clear...), Massage gazebo in the middle of their garden, free Canoe, nice restaurant with Breakfast buffet included. They also offer shuttle services to downtown. The rooms are spacious although ours was a bit dark, which doesnt help during rainy season as it makes it extra gloomy However it was clean and at good temperature, which was pretty appreciated during the hot afternoons. The staff is very nice and smiling. Wifi is not steady which is very very annoying when you need to work. Breakfast is always the same everyday, so can be a bit boring. The beach has lounge chairs and bean bags. But it is not a beach for swimming nor snorkeling. The sand was dark coloured.

Everything was amazing! Bed, shower, room, pool, staff, beach, breakfast....I would give everything MORE THAN A 5 stars if I could!!! Breakfast was amazing!!! Best place we stayed in 2 months in Indonesia!! Just one thing...the WiFi could be better.

Great family hotel option in Labuan Bajo”
Puri Sari hotel is a great accommodation option for those using Labuan Bajo as a gateway to Flores or the Komodo islands. It's close enough to town for a quick drive whilst being far enough out to be relaxing and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and breakfast offered a good range of western and Indonesian options. There is a complementary shuttle service in and out of town, and a good restaurant next door (Atlantis Beach club/Plataran restaurant). The family villas are a great option for those travelling with kids. The pool is nice and clean - not huge. Leafy grounds. We'd stay again.

Perfect place to relax for a few days at the end of a Flores tour”
We absolutely loved our 3-night stay. We stayed in a deluxe double room which had a really, really comfortable big bed with lovely bedding. The bathroom was also very good. We loved sitting by the pool and watching the many birds flitting around, or on the beach watching the sunset. It's a little out of town but they have a free shuttle that runs to a set schedule and works really well. There is also a substantial building project going on next door but it didn't disturb us much. If we go back to Labuanbajo, we'll definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL,WONDERFUL!!!! Everything fantastic. Service impeccable ! Bed, linens, shower, food, beach, pool ALL MORE THAN 5 STARS!! The breakfast was absolutely over the top!! Only thing that was disappointing was the WiFi. Slow and dropped a lot. Otherwise....absolutely perfect! We would have stayed weeks I’d we didn’t have a flight out.

The check in was the best I ever had. Fast, easy, staff very kind and well prepared. The room was super big and beautiful. The shower is amazing. The restaurant is very good and the breakfast is big with a lot of dishes. The staff is great, friendly but also very professional. I definitely recommend it!

Couldn’t rate this place highly enough. It’s a small distance out on the shoreline, however they run a free shuttle into town and back at regular intervals. The staff really ‘treat’ you here. Lovely people, setting and food.

Great Location”
Puri Sari is right on the beach which is cleaned daily. Water is very shallow so not the best for swimming but the pool is very large and great. Best rooms are 1A & 1B & 2A & B I was a little disappointed with the food, not a lot of variety The Resort is nicely maintained

Beautiful hotel with big rooms!”
We really liked our stay at Puri Sari beach hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were huge. My only complaint was that the breakfast was not very well organized but the warmth of the staff made up for it. We also had a wonderful time at the live performance on the beach and the food at the restaurant was also quite delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel!
