Since I was on business when staying at the hotel, Puri Pujangga is capable of meeting all the needs of a business traveller. Overall the stay was smooth without any problems.

Average hotel with enough parking space.”

My stay in UKM Puri Pujangga was okay but the air-cond was not that cool. There was not much varieties in food selection. The free wifi was available but the signal was not that strong in the room. It is nice if you have your own car in case you need to go out.

A simple hotel with wonderful staffs.”

My room was on the third floor which was inconvenient for people my age.The bathroom wasn't safe enough.If you were locked inside it, it would be difficult to get help. Nobody would hear your scream.There was neither air ventilation nor windows for you to attract attention from passerby. I knew because I was locked inside for 5 minutes and the rain was falling heavily.(my handphone was on the table).I thought I was going to die inside the bathroom. I pushed the door hard and the knob of the door fell off.I pushed the door hard for the second time and it finally opened. I suggest that the hotel add a window or air ventilator in the bathroom for the safety of the tenant.Other than this safety aspect, it is a wonderful hotel to stay. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The food was great. Despite of my horrid experience, I would return to this hotel but I would leave the door of the bathroom ajar.

MESS UP”

1. Unsattisfied with agoda apps click option wih breakfast end up nothing happen as we need. 2.Puri Pujangga hotel room where i stayed was 307 and the pump jet shower are so noisy with slow rate water coming out n the floor at bathroom didnt drained well make the water accumulate on it 3. The room temp can only set up minimal at 20c , make the room hot 4.No lift provide - make our feet tired after having a long time busy day n yet still to climb up to get to room making it worse . Please take note my comment n make it better for future service TQ

Hotel location inside UKM campus”

Newly renovated and very clean hotel with spacious room. The breakfast was good but not many options. Recommended for those who intended to visit UKM campus. The hotel has large parking lots and we can park right behind the room so we can see the car through the room's window. The hotel staff gave us room at ground level so it was easy for us to go in and out the hotel.

Comfortable room with friendly services”

In comparing other hotels in higher education institution that I have stayed, this is the best. The room is spacious, simple and clean. The room service price is reasonable and the staff is ever friendly.

Felt like went int 1990s”

Have been study at UKM for 8 years, finally got opportunity to try this hotel. Overall, it is nice staying. The receptionist lets me check in early. However, they not provide any towels i guess the reason of pandemic, thankfully I brought one myself. At first the room quite hot in the afternoon but in the night it quite cold. The light in the corridor was so dim and the parking doesn’t have any street light. Most of the light in the room using orange light, it makes the room felt hot and difficult to see. But overall, it is nice staying

I would like to express my gratitude and thank you to the manager on duty ( a man) 4/11/19 and 5/11/19. He was so helpful and very kind. He tried to fulfil my request to extend some hours before check out due to my convocation day. I brought a baby and little children and it was so good to stay in the hotel a little longer due to the hot weather outside. Thank you again the manager in charge on that day. I will come again and the hotel is superb.Highly recommend especially for family 😊

Good! except...”

Everything’s Ok with this hotel. cosy room, nice view surroundings, and good food. but not OK for midnight-coming-home people like me since this hotel is located inside a campus! so guests have to obey the campus cerfue n use other gate to enter it.. a big NO for this!

Good location, easy access, value for money”

It was good, and I was suprised with the hotel room and its surrounding. I liked it. Even more so when I got to pay a very reasonable amount of money using Agoda. Definitely will chose this hotel mext time I am in the vicinity. The breakfast was okay. Met a friend from work while checking out, and he liked this hotel too.

Very value for money hotel. The food is so nice and delicious. Room is too spacious. Close to golf course. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. Hope to come again next time. I recommend this hotel for anybody who want to visit Bangi for wedding ceremony around Bangi area.

Great stay”

On wkend, paid using agoda is much cheaper then direct to the hotel. The food is ok, but the room is heavenly spacious. The service on the reception is satisfying but other service such as room service need to be improve, staff need to be more friendly. Overall, fall in love with this hotel. The tranquillity is also amazing 👍🏻

Worth the price”

Quite disappointed with the facilities provided. No lift, but it is understood as they have only 2 storey and limited rooms. In the bathroom, only 1 big bottle of gel placed in the shower room and i had no idea its hair or body shampoo. Breakfast-a few choices To go to other places, can take Taxi or Grab car to UKM train station and take the train to a few places of interest. U can go to Mid Valley shopping mall and KL sentral directly using the train. Overall, worth the price staying there.

perfect place to stay ”

The staff are very helpful as we request to extended time on checkout time. Room is big and suitable for short trip nearby bangi , kajang and putrajaya.

Quiet room”

This Hotel is within the compound of the University Kebangsaan Malaysia. It's very quiet at night. This is good if you need a quiet place to work in the hotel. The foods are also not too bad if you like local food. They serve nasi lemak, mee goreng, etc. It took me around 30 mins to reach Putrajaya in the morning. However, the toilet light is not bright enough. When you are taking shower in the shower area, it is quite dark. This is what I don't like about it.

Booked for my family on my sister graduation day”

I booked this hotel for my parent since my sister convo in ukm today (10/11/18). I was not there but my father sent his review thru our WhatsApp group told that the booking is really worth for money & the cleanliness of the hotel are great.

Impressive University Hotel”

I stayed for two nights because I was attending a conference at the university. It has recently been renovated and the lobby and coffee house looked very stylish. Since it is located within campus grounds, the surroundings was very quiet and peaceful. I slept very well. The food served at the coffee house is very satisfying and reasonably priced. However, the lighting in the shower could be brighter because it was quite dim, and the sink seems to be slightly clogged. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay. Bandar Baru Bangi is just 10 minutes' drive away if you want to do some shopping or dine out with family or friends.

Excellent Hotel. ”

My first impression of the hotel is cool and calm as it name. the room is big, comfort and perfect for big family. The breakfast is great and very delicious. U all should try it.
