It's a good hotel to stay for a longer time, the room was big enough and clean, the staff were nice and helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent, not far away from the malls and close to bars. The closest mall that can be done by walking (if you love to walk) is Kota Kasablanca, it is around 1,6km from the hotel. When I come back to Jakarta and need a hotel near a mall or a hotel that's in the centre from everything, I would definitely book my stay again in this hotel. For the price that we paid, we were satisfied and you get some value for your money (that's my opinion). So I would definitely recommend this hotel to people/guests/tourist if they want to stay in the centre of Jakarta and near malls and bars. I haven't mentioned, that the hotel is also located near a train station called Tebet. Even we had some traffic, we were in less then 25min on the train station.

Could do better”
I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel for a conference. It was a spacious room with a great view. I loved that the setting of the room. However, there a few things they could improve on :- 1. They should have iron in each hotel room instead of me having to request for it. At least for the premier suite where I stayed. 2. The sink hole was closed and caused the water to remain in the sink for some time. Had to call technician to fix it. (The hotel cannot expect the guest to figure out how their sink system works). 3. In the shower, there was water filled because the hole was covered. I had to personally remove so the water could flow into the drain. It was not practical at all. Then some of the buttons of the tv remote were not working. Had to call the technician again. Again you cannot expect that a guest should know that some buttons were working and some were not. It should all be working! The bed sheets and carpet were old. The hotel should totally invest in buying new sheets. There were some weird smell on the bedsheets, like a man's hair cream smell which was unpleasant. All in all, it was an okay hotel but much could be done to improve as I paid a lot for my stay.

Hotel is okay but there no convenient shop and restaurants nearby. There is not convenient for the guest without car. We are not manage to buy mineral water, snack, and food nearby the hotel. Please use "Grab" to get a taxi to your destination from your hotel.

The AC was broken, the pool was being renovated, the food was costly, the service was longggg”
When we arrived, the AC was broken--it took us two hours for the engineer to come. My 8-month baby was not really convenient. The AC was much colder in the corridor, we even opened the door to have the room cooler. The pool was being renovated though the receptionist made sure that we could use the pool while staying for the weekend. It's a waste for us to bring swimsuit, my children got very disappointed. The food was costly, and the delivery was long-waited (to order Lamb Fried Rice, it took us almost an hour to wait, and we needed to call several times just to make sure that they cooked our order). Unfortunately, the taste of the food was not worth the pay and longwait. This is a four-star hotel, but its service is worse than the two-star hotel that I've ever stayed in. I'm really disappointed for this experience. Hopefully, things get better soon. I will definitely not returning to stay in this hotel.

It was very nice and comfort stay during my 2 days in Puri Denpasar Hotel. From beginning, i was came early than 14.00, the check in time and the room was not ready yet, but the staff was very nice and friendly and we got upgrade. So not complining at all. Just one point that i wanna mention here, it's about the spa. Because it was served inside hotel, so i put comment here. I took the spa and it was so weird when i expect a relaxing massage but what i got was a lady with very mini skirt with high heel. Cost was fair for 4 star hotel, but the spa service was what you could got from 'melati hotel'..

Nice Location fit for prepare wedding event”
We choose the hotel because it is nearby Balai Kartini, where the wedding events take place. The location is very good to access Jakarta Goldeng Triangle : Gatot Subroto, Casablanca dan Kuningan. The Bali features and the staff dressed as Balinese show the Denpasar means, while it is actually located on Denpasar Street. The breakfast is ok for 3-4 star hotel
