A very perfect escapade from the hustle and bustle of city. A great scenic, adventurous ride up in the evening along with that mystic feeling. We came from Singapore but our bike ride from Hatyai to Fraser's Hill was one of most adventurous ones besides Genting & Cameron. We checked in late evening on 11 Feb 2019 and out tireness from long journey gone after we reached our destination at Puncak Inn. The services and great hospitality from the staffs was heartwarming. The surroundings definitely captured our heart. Dinner and buffet breakfast were delicious at Puncak Inn. There is a nearby mamak shop that closes at 11pm to buy some snacks and drinks. Perfect weekend gateway from the searing heat of the city. Great morning walk with the crispiness of the air from the mountains. Last but not least , the staffs did a great job in managing the resorts and are very helpful and accommodative. Gonna bring my children next time, this time driving up to Fraser's Hill.

Pros are the place so clean, so tranquil, the design n deco in the room such a lovely british concept, the breakfast buffet also nice and the cuisine suits us. The breeze so nice...! But the con is no others activities that e could do besides sight seeing...

Clean and affordable”
Even is a very old hotel but he hotel room, toilet is really very clean. The shower water also strong and hot enough. The double bed is comfortable. Rm69 for 2 person still have 20% voucher for lunch and dinner and even free simple breakfast! Will come bk again!

Everything is excellent except for the food it is horrible and the staff at the restaurant not friendly, rude and if you ask for anything everything is finished at the time u ask. It seems as if they are lazy to entertain the customer. Apart from that the hotel reception, staff , the room is super good

Superb location, clean and worth for price”
It is located axactly infront of the clock tower. Easy access to restaurant, golf club and the trails for jungle trekking. this is my second time to stay here for two days . Your phone is now accessible to the high speed internet. not like what we experience in year 2018 , the internet speed was terrible. The air is clean and cooling. i really enjoy my stay.

I stayed at Puncak Inn for two nights at a bit over RM 100 with free breakfast. It's due to Covid that the price is so low. As I don't look for luxury，i am happy to just have a place to sleep. The place is clean and convenient. The staff friendly. Water heater works fine. There's an electric kettle should you want to make a hot drink. The restaurant is downstairs and you can get food at a reasonable price. I have stayed in other bungalows before like Berkat，Jelai, Richmond，Singapore House, Termeloh. Now I settled for Puncak's cosy with attached bathroom. Huge room can be a bit eerie. I find the room in Puncak just right and safe. Of course it is right in the town centre so the air may be a bit polluted sometimes. But there are no many cars so it is not a problem. Furthermore you are outdoor most of the time among the greenery. Puncak Inn is my choice, inexpensive and clean.

Great Budget hotel”
It is located at the heart of Fraser Hill. There is also dine in and free breakfast facility at the property. Just half price compared to the other same category hotel. Staffs and cleanliness is just great. I would prefer to stay again if I visit Fraser hill again.

Standard room for two in good location”
The price is consider reasonable among the area, cleanliness is good and they even allowed us to check in early without charges. The only think i suggest for improvement is the breakfast. Breakfast serve in small portion and less varieties. For the day we went, it only have fried rice, kuey teow, bake beans and bread with jam, that’s all. The kitchen staff don’t even border if the food is empty or not unless you remind them few times for refill or they will just leave it empty until someone asked even they noticed there is not much things left.

Exceptional”
1. This is my third extended stay (3-4 nights each) in 2 months. For me, Bukit Fraser's lack of development and limited accommodation options makes it a tranquil and pleasant place for nature lovers. My stays in Puncak Inn have been delightful. 2. Since around Christmas landline phone/internet connection to entire Bukit Fraser area has been cut off due to landslides - no fault on the hotel's part. Visitors can still rely on their own mobile internet data plan. 3. Again, remember that landline phone connection to the whole area is down. For assistance, I called Tourism Pahang's office in Kuantan during office hours, and both Police District HQs (IPD) in Raub and Kuala Kubu to know the latest road condition and landslide alerts. 4. Looking forward to return someday. At least, by the end of 2022 when I need to (again) use up my surplus annual leaves.

Basic but almost perfect”
1. Staff are very courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to patrons' requests. Just ask, they will do their best to assist and please you. Don't keep things to yourselves and complain here or elsewhere. 2. The most convenient and centrally located accommodation around, with an adjacent functioning restaurant (particularly important during weekdays, when most food court stalls are closed), and easy access to neighboring amenities. 3. As the hotel was built on terraces to hug the hill behind, there is no elevator/lift. Exercise normal caution when climbing stairs. But please don't grumble. Consider this as a sustainable design feature, i.e. not placing excessive loads by stacking multiple storeys on small plots of land, which may cause subsidence/landslides. 4. You've come here a long way. So enjoy. Just chill and enjoy.
