    Acceptable”

    Frustrated. Paid rm 350 for nonsense. Before made the payment, owner easy to contact. Right after payment, very hard to reach the owner. Stated will give the password at 3pm. Only after 3.30 he gave the password. No mineral water provided. Both bath tubs have many permanent stains and rusty. Quite dirty. One of the water heater is not working. One of the bathroom also cannot be used. The door is stuck and hardly to be opened. Poor of room maintenance.

    I am still wondering what is cozy about the apartment. The apartment was not clean at all. No towel's in the room, when asked about towel, a worker came in and started scolding us...very rude workers. If you walk to the balcony even now, you can see left over smoked cigarette. Wondering how long it have been there. Bed sheet was smelly and not clean at all. The only best thing staying at this place was the location. Very strategic place. Think twice before taking this place !!!

    -Room dirty :with wet towel from previous customer still on the bed. -bathroom dirty:flowers all over the floor -dustbin-full with trash -microwave-not function -fridge:no shelf in the fridge -dusty floor -got many mosquitoes -didn’t see the staff do the sanitisation/disinfection after they cleaned the room-after we complained about the room -door locker broken
