I did not have much burget so I chose this property. it is not expensive at all and it is near the university of medicine and pharmacy (I have bussiness there). The room is exactly the same as showed in the photos. It was very clean and bright with a reasonable price.

Although it had been awhile since my summer vacation on July 2019. This lovely place always stays somewhere in my mind to come here taking time to write a few words. No, I lied, it is just partially true, lolz. I was so busy lately with school & work; I almost forgot until now, hahaha. Anyway, back to business. As a person who was born and raise in South VN, of course, I do have family and friends there as a reason to come back and visit, yet, for convenience and personal issue, I prefer to stay in hotels or homestay most of my trips. Throughout my experiences from different places, I highly recommend tourists, especially solo travelers, to consider this place for your own preferences. Why? Here are reasons: •Hospitality - overall, host is really nice, friendly, and informative with awesome English skill. Rules are always something you need to be aware of as this is tradition in Asia, not just Vietnam, and for your own safety. People play nice when you do similar, if you know what I mean, lolz! •Housekeeping - definitely! As a homestay, you could not expect room cleaning everyday, but overall the room is really cozy, spacious, and nice. There is also scheduled day for room clean up as well. And of course, clean yourself as adult! •Amenities - You come to the Chinatown area of Saigon, please don’t tell me you couldn’t come up with any plan. If not, Google is welcoming you. Or you can ask the host for a tour if available, I believe. If this is your first time coming to Saigon, Vietnam, and you wonder a place to stay. I believe you would definitely like this place. Check it out!
