We had an excellent stay at Bungalow No. 5! My 2 friends and I are American and we do not speak any Thai. The family who owns The Leaf Bungalows made us feel very welcome despite the language barrier. They arranged us an elephant feeding and bathing tour for a great price, and they also arranged transportation for us to see Wat Luang Khun Win. The bungalow was very clean with air conditioning, hot showers, coffee, and free breakfast! Highly recommend. Many thanks to Pook!

Perfect for exploring Doi Inthanon! ”
We stayed one night at Leaf and it was great! The unit was simple, but had all the amenities needed between two days of hiking and exploring Doi Inthanon. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The area was quiet and peaceful at night and beautiful scenery to wake up to! Recommend for anyone looking for a stay while exploring the outskirts of Chiang Mai or Doi Inthanon.

Awesome staff and really easy to find!”
It’s a really great place if you’re wanting something near Doi Inthanon. There were a couple spiders and other crawlies but the super nice staff removed them for us. They also gave us a delicious breakfast and were very accommodating when we requested a vegetarian meal for dinner!

Charming surprise”
Peaceful, romantic yet with character. We were positively surprise by this property. Staff were so welcoming and accomodating. They will really go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Breakfast was local style and home made which we enjoyed at the roof top of our room. The room has all you need and the bed is comfortable. Hot shower works great. I will definitely stay again when the occasion comes

Great option of you have your own car. If not, the host can provide recommendations for public/private options. They also had great recommendations for local tours (Doi Inthanon, local tours, elephant activactivities etc). Host and staff were very friendly, and services great. Each unit has its own rooftop. Warmly recommend it!
