Excellent Service and Strategic Location ”
Pro: 1. Parking very convenient as it is in front of hotel 2. About 5 minutes walk to Jonker Walk 3. Easy access to the famous local food eateries such as Jonker Night Market, Bunga Raya Popiah, East and West Rendezvous, Daily Fix, Geographer Cafe, Hard Rock Cafe, Chung Wah Chicken Rice and many more. 4. Can see the river and night cruise if you walk about 2-3 minutes away from the hotel. 5. Room is very spacious 6. Air conditioning was cooling 7. Breakfast was yummy and tasty with superb presentation. Nasi lemak with ayam rendang was fantastic. Western Food was a awesome too. 8. Even though we arrived early, our check in was processed fast and we could check early in at about 1pm to avoid the heat and hot weather. 9. Thank you to Alexandria for the excellent and fast services for check in and check out and also for recommending places to eat. Cons: 1. Toilet was small for superior queen would have been better if they change to a sliding door. 2. Water pressure at shower was abit too small.

Pros: near to town. We walked to jonker and taming sari for new year! Managed to avoid jammed. Friendly staff! She explained the routes to jonker. Very easy. And another staff helped us to show route to convenience store (because we were hungry needs some snacks and drinks in the middle of the night) and it’s very near! 2-3 mins walking distance. It’s 7-E and open 24hrs! Guests car park also provided which is good! And we came with 4 people with 2 rooms and managed to get connected room so it’s a BIG WIN for us! We asked for Big bed instead of 2 single bed each room and they gave us the big one with no charges! Cons: the water shower flow is slow for my friend’s room. But it’s not that slow. Still can take shower. But mine was surely okay than hers’. Thank you! Will surely come here again!!!

Stayed for 12 days due to PKP, 8 have experienced great stay in Prima Hotel. The room is spacious, very tidy and clean. The best part is the Customer Service front the front officer, security untill the Housekeeper ... they were very friendly, helpful and customer centric.

Perfect location ”
3 to 4 mins walk to the pier. From the pier it’s a nice walk along all the way to jonker ( all the good food in Melaka is found there. Don’t need to go far to find good food. ) just pay a little more but you get dam nice food and experience of Melaka at jonker. Everything you need in Melaka is there. And leave your car at this hotel. If no parking just park outside and tell the receptionist and they’ll put a parking ticket for you for free and you won’t Kena saman. Overall I’ll come again. Dam cheap for weekend priced hotel. Bed is comfy. Room is big. Aircond is good. Got nice balcony and window also. Bathroom is old but clean. Only thing is water pressure is low. Besides that no complain

Staff friendly, superior room very good, had a place in 1st floor to hangin out, sometimes berwifi 😌.. got many food street but chinese one with non halal, so for those muslims can walk around 10 minutes only go jonker walk and try laksa baba and nyonya, very nice lah.. but at hotel have restaurant already for breakfast, so u can choose either go the restAurant or just go buy outside.. later coming definitely i will choose this one. 😅

This is my 3rd time stay here. 2015. 2018 and 2019. I normally stay at my relatives place. If i want to stay a hotel. I will book here. Cheap and reasonable for me. Very near to jonker walk. Bandar hilir within 5km.
