Accessible to public transport and attractions”

We reserved a two-bedroom apartment for our family of four adults on 20-23 May 2014. The Bonbel Condominium was not hard to find and very accessible to public transportation. A security guard is on duty 24/7. We arrived before check in time. The friendly manager, Miss Bhelle, graciously let us check in early in to our room when she saw us looking tired from our trip. The apartment was decorated with taste and has a complete kitchen and dining amenities. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, which is what we wanted. The apartment is very close that we were able to visit most of Baguio City’s main attractions. We highly recommend this accommodation and will return to Bonbel Condominium (Prestige Vacation Apartments) when we visit again.

Booked this property via Agoda for a stay slated Sept 21 to 23. We were a family of six so we booked the two-bedroom apartment. Overall stay This property is one of the best properties I found for a domestic trip. You get the value of what you pay for because its location is convenient, you can maximize the amenities of the property, and the upkeep of the place is good. If you have a car, this is a good option. Moreover, the property manager is accommodating with questions, provides ample information, and is responsive. Accessibility We found Prestige Vacation Apartment's location convenient because we're almost always less than 20 mins away (without traffic) from the market, Mines View Park, Burnham Park, etc. And very close to Teacher's Camp. Wwe didn't do much touristy activities since we've been to Baguio couple of times so we just walked around the vicinity and inside Teacher's Camp. Do note that Leonard Wood can get congested at times but the traffic is manageable. There aren't any stores open during late nights so best to buy all the stuff you'll need when youre out or earlier. Amenities The 2BR apartment has a refrigerator, stove, plates, glasses and utensils, microwave oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker so one can stay in and cook. There's also a water dispenser and two gallons of water available. Renting Prestige Vacation Apartments gives you access to the in-house gym at the condo and this is one thing we took advantage of in the morning. I read that there's also a sauna but we didn't get to try it. The property provides towels and slippers but bring your own toiletries. The property It's worth noting that their apartments are highly secure. The doors have electronic lock systems (if you watch Kdramas, I believe it's pretty common?) with passcodes to unlock the door and where the door automatically locks upon closing it. Good location, Wonderful accomodation”

The stay was pleasant: good accommodation, location and amenities (wifi, appliances, utensils etc). The place and building were secure including the parking area. We could still smell the Baguio scent (pine trees).It was like home away from home (vacation mode). The only staff we met, Ms. Belle was courteous and helpful. The only negative point was the noise from the street (construction drill, vehicle noise). We will surely stay again at Prestige Vacation Apartments in our next trip to Baguio City.

Our stay at Prestige Vacation Apartments was comfortable and relaxing. Our family consisted of 6 adults & one child 7 years of age. The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, clean and good modern style. The kitchen had everything, from dishes to eating utensils, pots pans. When I return for vacation to Baguio I will always stay at Prestige Vacation Apartments.

This hotel is ideal for family or group of people travelling together. Location is good as well since it is near/accessible the main attractions in Baguio. You can also save money on food since you can cook your own food using their complete set of kitchen and dining facilities. You can maximize your vacation even just inside the hotel since the hotel rooms are fully equiped with entertainment facilities like tv with cable and free internet connection and within the hotel building, other amenities like gym, table tennis and billiards are available for use for guests, also for free. However, we found it annoying that while we are using the sports facilities, a group of men, who look like staff in the hotel/condominium, are waiting impatiently for their turn as they are making uncourteous noise and movements just to make us leave. We encountered this with the same group of men 2 times during our stay here. Going back to the room features, the rooms are also equiped with safety features such as electronic lock system, security cameras with monitor inside the room, smoke detectors, etc. For really cold season, taking a shower is not a challenge since the bathroom has a fully functional water heater installed in the shower. However, the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen sink have no heater so sometimes, we had a hard time using water from these sources. The beds and sofa are also comfortable. Extra mattress is available. Overall, we had a great time staying at thia hotel and will definitely consider staying here again on our next family vacation in Baguio.

Weekend Getaway in Baguio”

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Prestige. The place is suitable for families - child friendly, spacious and with complete amenities. I highly recommend the place to all moms out there who want nothing but safety and comfort for their families, especially the little ones. The whole apartment unit and common areas are very clean and well kept. The location is also strategic and within short distance from various tourist spots in Baguio. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely go back to Prestige in our next trip to Baguio.

Our stay was perfect! We enjoyed every minute if our stay. We felt like we were home. Furnishings were beautiful, space was just right. Fully functional kitchen too. The place is also secured. We can screen visitors. No problem getting a taxi. Intercom connects to the guard, and will call to inform you of taxi availability. Uploading pictures and getting online was not a problem as well because of strong wifi connection. Ms. Bhelle, the manager, was very accomodating. Prestige Vacation Apartments made our stay in Baguio memorable. We cant wait to go back.

Recommended place for families”

My family and I stayed at the Prestige Vacation Apartments for two nights. We got a 2-bedroom unit which fit our group (3 adults and 4 children) comfortably. The place is clean and spacious. Cooking facilities are available (although we did not use these). We were provided filtered water for drinking throughout our stay. Parking is adequate. But more than all these, what we appreciate most about our experience is the staff's honesty. Shortly after we left the place on departure day, I received a call from Ms. Bel asking if we left any money in the apartment unit. It turned out that my sister did leave an envelope containing some money. One of the members of the housekeeping staff found the envelope under one of the beds. Thankfully, the envelope was found before we left Baguio and we had enough time to go back to the apartment to retrieve it. Such honesty is much appreciated.=:)

One of my best stays in Baguio City”

I and my family really loved our stay in Bonbel Condominium managed by Ms. Zeny. Our stay in this condo unit compensates the crazy traffic in Baguio City. We were able to rest and sleep well because the unit was clean, well-furnished (this unit has a complete kitchenware so there would be no problem if you want to cook your own food)spacious and has a very nice ambience. We loved the location too because it is just near tourist spots but secluded enough away from the busy streets of Baguio. Ms. Zeny & the lady guard Louie were very accommodating. Ms. Zeny was able to grant my request of early check in. We were also able to check out easily because the caretakers arrived immediately. However, the internet connection — the unit has a PLDT WiFi connection (even the data connection of our mobile phones) were very unstable and the unit has a weak water pressure but these points were tolerable for me and not really a big deal for me. Overall, we really loved our stay and we will definitely book here again for our future Baguio trips 😍

Totally worth the money”

The hotel is super nice; comfy and tidy; good park view from the balcony; very near to several tourist spots. The location is perfect; away from the busy center of baguio city. However since it is a vacation apartment and not a hotel there is no coffee shop or restaurant in the building itself. It's like a home away from home. Overall our stay was great! Plus we got upgraded from 2 bedreom to 5 free of charge! Thanks to the kind miss belle. 😊

Relaxing Vacation”

The condominium/Apartment was really nice, all of us enjoyed our stay in Baguio specially the kids. The place was very relaxing, it made us feel were home away from home because amenities were complete including kitchen utensils and equipment, car is very secured because they have their own private parking. Ms. Belle was very accommodating, easy to deal with. The place was near to the city and other famous destinations in Baguio, I would surely be staying again if ever i went up to Baguio.

Great and Cosy”

It was onslaught of the storm Mario when we went up to Baguio City. Travelling from Pampanga to Pangasinan is quite smooth since there is no heavy rain along the way, We expected the same once we get up but when we reach the huge clouds, it was hard to advance. It took about 1 hour when we get out in the clouds and it was really scary. Matching the strong rain we were afraid not to enjoy our vacation. When we reached the hotel, I called Ms. Bhell and she assisted as well going to our room. She was very friendly and accommodating. So all the hassle going up pays it. Our stay in Bonbel was indeed a pleasure and the storm didn't matter. With its spacious rooms and complete paraphernalia, we enjoyed cooking while raining. The place will keeps you warm because it is sealed well. And we love it because it is well modernized. We will surely come back and stay again in this hotel:)

Baguio Home Feel”

The Condotel unit was clean and cozy. Location was perfect and was very close to the popular tourist spots and restaurants. Please do not expect any room service so you need to buy and bring your own stash of food, the place had all the kitchen amenities anyway. No need to buy water since there is a water dispenser provided. I also appreciate the Security Guard 'Louie' she acted like our 'Bellboy' and was truly helpful and extremely pleasant, same with Zeny who was the landlady who was very warm and friendly. Since this is not a hotel please do not expect any cleaning service or call-in room services of any kind, I think you need to inform them if you want the room cleaned but it comes with an extra charge. We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit and I was not disappointed with the spacious unit that had a ready extra matress and a sofa bed if you have a driver or extra guest, very different from my usual hotel experience in Baguio that had limited space and very tiny rooms. Overall, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

We've truly enjoyed our stay at Prestige (Hanbi Mansions).We are a large group (13people) and we did comfortably fit at the apartment.There's 1 master bedroom,with extra 4 rooms with multiple beds and 3 bathrooms. Wi-fi was extra fast despite of everyone connected to it. There's the veranda from which we enjoyed the morning view and sipped our coffee and drank our rums&beer the night before. It was truly relaxing as everyone would have their own spaces. It didn't felt crowded at all. They have a complete set of cooking wares and eating utensils as well and free supply of drinking water so you never have to worry of getting hungry at all.All you need to do is do your groceries.There's television below and up the stairs as if you are at your own home. It's a walking distance to Wright Park and The Mansion and short travel to Baguio Technohub and Good Shepherd. I wilk recommend this to those who's travelling in large groups as everyone will absolutely fit.

Our stay was made so great with Prestige Vacation! The staff were so accommodating and understanding of our predicament when we arrived way passed our check in time. They also kept constant communication during our stay to ensure that we are well taken cared of and our needs answered. The room is great for big families with children, it is clean and they provide enough blankets and mats for us. I highly recommend this place!

Great location for big families with kids”

We were very happy with the 5-bedroom place. We were a big family with lots of young kids and we never felt cramped. The location was easy to walk to food stores and to Wright Park which the kids loved. There was enough parking space especially since it's hard to park in Baguio with all the tourists. In fact, this was one of our best vacations so far... The guards were very helpful and the manager was always on call for anything.

Feels like home!”

It's our first time to try a serviced apartment and we didn't regret anything about it. Our stay here in the 2 bedroom suite was very pleasant as we didn't feel we were away from home. It was clean and everything we needed was there and even had a water dispenser provided with clean drinking water. The welcome was also great as Ms Zeny explained everthing we needed to know about the facilities. She was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again when we go back to Baguio for a family weekend getaway.

Best stay in Baguio ”

1st time in Baguio and Very pleased that I book with agoda (again )found this nice condo/ apartment. Totally surprised that the co owner was a celebrity talk show. Will definitely stay again in this condo. Since this is fairly new still needs improvement maybe next time they will have a spa and massage available and have extra ping pong balls for the kids to play or a video game room for the kids.
