Things to note: - We would like you to note that we are not a hotel and do not provide some services as hotel does. - We do not have a 24 hours reception desk and staff around like hotel. However, we are just a call away and will always try our best to attend to your queries or needs. - Check in available from 3pm onwards and check out at 12pm. - Swimming Pool & Gym available at 6th floor with charges (RM20 per adult per day RM10 per child per day). - The Pool & Gym, Car Park are operated separately by the management, therefore charges apply. - Please let us know beforehand if you have any special or extra requirement. - To have the most comfortable stay during your visit, kindly provide the exact number of guests staying in order for us to prepare extra towels, pillows, mattresses etc. - While we may not have our sheets professionally pressed and ironed like hotel, we will always ensure that your sheets and towels are washed, clean and freshly prepared for you. - No shoes in the house, please put your shoes in the shoe rack. - Please switch off water heater, lights, air-conditioning and other electrical appliances when you leave the house to be environmental friendly. - Strictly no smoking in the house. - Strictly no drugs or illegal activities. - Pets are not allowed in the house. - Kindly respect your neighbourhood by not making loud noise after 11pm. - Please take good care on everything in our house and treat it as your home. - Do not remove any item from the house.
