I was pleasantly surprise to be greeted with very friendly and helpful staffs, ready to make my staying experience a wonderful one, they aided me with getting my access cards, and also proceeded to have my breakfast done when I requested to include breakfast in my booking(didn't had that when booking through Agoda). Apart from that, the room was extremely cozy, allowing me to have a very restful night after a tiring flight to Jakarta the night before. Facilities were satisfactory and it was sufficient enough in accordance to the standards of a budget hotel. All in all, it was also very easy for me to book my Grab/Gojek from the hotel to ICE-BSD just 10 minutes away. WIFI services was also superb in the hotel and I need not worry about not being able to access the internet during my stay in POP Hotel.

Stayed here for 1 night only, when I was attending John Mayer concert. It took me 5 mins by motorbike to go to ICE BSD (means that 5 mins to Aeon Mall as well), very convenient. Located just beside McDonalds and near Giant Dept. Store makes it easy to cover your necessity. The room was clean, TV channel was awesome. No problem with AC, hot water functioned just fine.

The hotel is close to McDonald's so it was convenient for us to go there when feeling like having some snacks at night. The room was somewhat more spacious than expected.

We spent 1 night here because we were going to ICE to watch disneyonice, it was a pretty good place because it was close to ICE and the room was tidy and clean, but there were lots of ants since we arrived, even though there are no food. The bathroom was ok, we just didn’t like the water pressure. Didn’t try the breakfast though, people said it was just ok. Would consider to come back here again if we come to watch disney on ice or another event in ICE. Thanks!

A nice budget hotel. Worth the value. They sell a toiletries on receptionist. 15k for soap and toothbrush. The portable shower is good. If you got hungry just walk to mcd beside the hotel

Decent no-frills hotel to stay in BSD”
It was a decent stay at Pop BSD. I appreciate the concern from the staff when they contacted me directly regarding my failed payment in Agoda and offered alternative methods immediately. During my stay, room service was also fast even though you need to personally call a mobile number for help as they don’t have in-room telephone. If you need additional stuffs too like extra pillow, slippers, etc. expect to pay 15,000 to 50,000 rupiahs. Room was big enough for two people, and I like the long counter top above my bed and as well as the big couch. I will stay here again next time I’m in BSD.
