"Definitely the best hotel in Udon Thani. I made a mistake with the arrival date while booking. The staff gently sorted out my problem without any additional costs! Rare. The bedrooms are spacious and new, especially the Suite with a large bath tub. The breakfast is nice and the bar/restaurant elegant enough to relax and drink a cocktail. Not far from UD town, 7 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommended. "

"The hotel is very nice, I've stayed here several times. It is located next to Nong Prajak, a lake in one of the centers of Udon Thani (the other main center would be by the train station). The hotel is walking distance (across the lake) from Udon Thani museum, the city god temple, and (being Thailand) of course some street food and massage. Plenty of parking behind the hotel. Overall a very pleasant place to stay, and I expect I'll be back."

"I like this hotel in Udon Thani and have stayed here on a number occasions in the past. Good place to stay if you have a car as it is a little away from the central area of the city. However, for my needs,the hotel is ideal, due to its quiet location, and large carpark. Plus I like the charming central garden. The staff are always helpful. The bedroom is a good size, with a large balcony overlooking the garden, although I do find the bathroom a little small. The breakfast is buffet is adequate but this is more than made up by the cook to order selection of egg dishes. "

"Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful,they always greeting and smiling to us. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Facilities such as swimming pool, sauna room and etc are fantastic. The breakfast was awesome and also a la carte menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Being a young a family it was important to stay at a hotel that was clean, friendly and fun and this hotel ticked all the boxes. Staff and security were super friendly and helpful, we really felt happy and comfortable at this location. The hotel rooms were very large, modern and clean. I've never stayed at hotel at this price with such a large, clean and organized hotel rooms. The swimming pool and water slides were great fun too. Buffet breakfast was a bargain at 120 baht all you can eat with a fantastic spread of delicious clean food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 9D sports hotel and will now only stay at this hotel when we visit Udon Thani. "Right next to Udon Thani International Airport with a free shuttle service. This hotel is very clean, comfortable and affordable. The staff are super friendly and smiling which makes guests feel happier, making the stay more enjoyable."

"From the moment we were driven into the hotel entrance, we could sense something special about this hotel in Udon Thani. The check in staff were very efficient and helpful, and the bell captain and his staff were fabulous. The room was very well appointed and had a good sized bathroom,seating, and a comfortable bed. There was ample hanging space and a security safe within the room. On the occasions that we required room service, the delivery was extremely fast. Transportation into the city was located at the front entrance, and there were many choices of small shops and market stalls within a minutes walk from the main hotel entrance gate. I would most certainly stay at the Ban Chiang Hotel on future trips to this wonderful city, and I would thoroughly recommend other people to stay here when visiting Udon Thani for business or pleasure.
