Best Hotels with Pools in Thong Nai Pan Noi | Private, Shared & Infinity Pools

"This is a great place to get away from it all. A perfect romantic getaway. I especially liked that the cheapest room had views of the mountains and sea from the oversized bath. It has it's own private beach but the water is quite choppy this is similar to the next beach thong nai pan noi but different to thong nai pan yai where the water is much more protected. Depending on the conditions this can be problem of you intend to go kayaking or jet sking. The restaurant had very good food and I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast each morning. Buffet dinner was also very good. "

"buri rasa! the only regret i have is not having stayed longer or having spent more time there. the hotel is new and beautiful. my room was located right above the pool which was great. the room is spacious, has great lighting, the bathroom is uber-fantastic and comfortable. the closet area, concealed by a curtain has an old world charm. everyday a special desert was sent by the chef, which seemed like an extremely warm act on part of the hotel. the staff was extremely help and lived up to all whims of a guest as demanding as myself. the breakfast by the beach was very satisfying. the beach hut, bar and restaurant is the best feature of this hotel. great place to hang out, chill, losen-up, unwind. there is live barbq that takes place on the beach and on the sand table and chair seating is very good. the food was the best you can find in thong nai pan noi. the stretch of the beach is very good for walking during the day or after dark. i loved being at this hotel and woke up several morning to watch the sunrise from the beach front. it's a piece of heaven. the street outside is laced with a few commercial establishments, a very good thai restaurant called "jips" everyone should eat here at least once, an indian place called "royal tandoori hut", very good if you are fond of that cuisine, an interesting bar called "better than sex", also visit "mr.handsome" and a few massage places etc. after walking that street a few times, you'll feel at home because everybody will remember you. do visit the other beach thong nai pan yai and do go to the than sadet waterfall. the only downside to the area is it is far flung from had rin/thong sala/haad salad. the road to thong nai pan noi is treacherous especially at night and also when it's raining. at night it's like driving through the woods and mountains, which is adventurous in it's own right. rent a car and not a bike which is cheaper and unsafe. buri rasa is highly recommended. "We loved the panviman hotel. Rooms are beautiful and clean, restaurant is good, nice view, very kind and friendly staff. First we booked for two days because we weren't sure if the room and the resort look like on the pictures. It was better than photos. When we got there we book for another two days. We stayed in a deluxe cottage. Cottages are situated on the rocks separating the two beaches of Thong Nai Pan (Noi and Yai) and have a great view of the ocean and the Thong Nai Pan Yai (next beach). Bathroom has a big window and you can see the view from the bathtub and the shower. It's big, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, with a big private balcony (by the way there is a price list and you can buy any of the furnitures and items in the rooms). Then we go to Koh Samui but two days later decided to get back to Koh Phangan and stayed for two other days in Paviman. This time we got a superior hotel room. This one is small but clean and comfortable. Also has a nice bathroom and nice view with a terrace. (We got separate beds even though we booked for twin bed, but as the hotel was full and no other rooms available we didnt really care and stayed there) All the rooms have ocean view (from different angles and some have partly views) and balcony or terrace. They provide towels at the pool and at the beach. Stone Beach Restaurant is really good. Also breakfast is very good. Thong Nai Pan Noi beach has white and powdery sand, calm and relaxing beach. There is a small village with nice restaurants and few stores. You can use the taxi boats or simply walk to Thong Nai Pan Yai beach. It has also white and powdery sand. In Yai beach the water is much more shallow than Noi. You can go to Koh Samui directly from Noi beach with long tail boats. They stop at Than Sadet, Haad Thin and Haad Rin then go to Samui for 350 bahts per person. It takes less then 2 hours. "

"We stayed in this resort on the dates specified above. It was indubitably the highlight of our say in Thailand. On top of the features listed above there are other aspects of the resort that deserve superlative praise. The location on a beach called Thong Nai Pan must be one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Although secluded, however, I was sorry to see the backpackers favourite, the legendary Star hut close to be replaced by a new four star resort the Buri Rasa so the resort is becoming slightly less secluded. We did manage one last sad meal at the Star Hut however. Do not panic though,I beleieve this institution is moving not far from its original location in Thong Nai Pan to more inside the village. A lot of reviews bemoan the lack of night life at this location. Sure, the beach cafes close at 09.30pm til 10.00 pm, but until then you can eat at the excellent and reasoanbly priced Luna lounge, or dine at the similary economical Italian themed,"Better than Sex, sometimes open till 11.00pm. Then later you can chill at several of the bars behind the beach in the village itself. Due to the brevity of our stay we did not manage to eat dinner in the hotel although we spoke to another couple, staying in the nearby Sanithya who had ate at the Rasananda for five or six nights out of a seven night stay and swore by the food and service. In short if you like an idyllic beach holiday with warm tropical seas and a laid back vibe go!"

"We (my wife, our 10 month old daughter and me) booked the one bedroom apartment wih sea view for 4 nights and extended our stay for 4 more nigths. The apartment is nice furnished. A kitchen with fridge, kettle, stove, microwave and dishes is available. The bedroom is separated from the living room. Perfect for early sleeping of our daughter. There is no restaurant but something like a mini bar with snacks and drinks. It´s very quite and cosy because there are only 7 apartments. The infinity pool with nice sea view is great. The apartments a located at the mountain. Through a path down the mountain you can reach the village with small supermarkets, local food and western food restaurants, ATM´s etc. Other destinations can be reached with a scooter. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The ferry peir in Thong Sala is 40 min far away. All in all an highly recommend for the Koh Phangan Pavilions."

"The most AMAZING property we have ever stayed at ! this place is simply magnificent, we felt like rock stars ! what a setting and the villa is so private too. there is everything you need here, a welcome platter of fruit, water, plenty of towels, blue tooth speaker etc etc, our only regret is we should have had a longer stay than 4 nights. both Roman and Mark are delightful and can't do enough for you. Roman organised scooter hire (recommended) and had his staff drop off and pick up the scooter at the villa, what brilliant service. This place is incredible !!!"
