Best Hotels with Pools in Pelabuhan Ratu | Private, Shared & Infinity Pools

"Well.., this is the first time i was to Pelabuhan Ratu. The Hotel was great, i love the view which directly to beach, and i can sun bathing at the room terrace or going to the beach by walking, but the beach not private, there's a lot of people from no where enjoy the swimming pool, beach, so.., i quite uncomfortable. Restaurant was AWESOME!! The foods amazing yummy!!!! And affordable. The staffs very helping but, could u please use proper milk, not a powder milk, maybe using pasteurization milk. Room, at the beginning the reception gave me 7th floor without bathub, but i quite asking to moved another room which bathub inside. Fortunately the reception gave me but the room was quite disappointed me. The room was darker than before, the lamp seems old, kinda creepy, so much insects inside the room, and dirty at bathroom, kinda regret of moving to 6th floor, and AC not doing well at the first time, so i had to called engineering, no tissue, seems like they gave me improper room. "this resort is a small resort with only 5 units of resort/rooms. every room is equipped with all hotel facilities + private kitchen, shared refrigerator, barbeque, shared picnic table, and some rooms are heading directly to the private beach of pelabuhan ratu bay. large theatre window/door will give us maximum view to the beach. only few steps to the beach with only us and some fishermen boats. very quiet and calm wave. good for children to play and swim. "

"This should be our favorite place in pelabuhan ratu, very cozy room with calming surrounding , refreshing views over paddy fields, and sea view by far .. Wow Room was very comforting , bathroom is clean Staff are nice Only small thing that actually don't affect much to us .. They missed to provide bathroom amenities such tooth paste and toothbrush, also toilet paper Entry gate should be nicer .. But .. I highly recommend this property Thank you Lagusa, we definitely will be back next time we visit pelabuhan ratu"

"Augusta hotel is always my choice every time I visited my home town. I am not very happy to write this review, but i hope Augusta hotel will read this and make the good change. Despite swimming pool and garden still look amazing, This time i am so disappointed with many things. Blanket was dirty with some God Knows what liquid marks. Toilet rug so filthy dirty, I can’t even described how can be a hotel even for Augusta standard use this kind of rug, trash bins! No linings and super dirty! I was changing room from VIP to Standard due to internet reception, they change the towels size according to room size, standard room came with small towel which i found it unfair, towels should be the same size in every room. I insisted to have normal bath towel size from VIP room. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good. Swimming pool was clean! I love their garden and swimming pool! "

"We stay there for 3 nights, and for 3 nights they never tidy/clean the bedroom (I know it was empty when we were there) just gave us 2 small bottle mineral water so everyday we need to buy it for ourself, they said in the website (at least when we booked) welcome drink but not at all (or those 2 mineral water bottle are..???) the bedroom was nice, but not the bathroom it was dirty & the worst is the breakfast, not much to choose (nasi goreng or mie goreng which is the taste is not good at all) and the waitress so rude, my daughter only 5 years old but they said I need to pay for her breakfast, guess what they gave us 2 slices of old bread with I don't know what kind of the jam & the butter (we paid those for 27.000 rupiah)..so all & all if we had a chance to pelabuhan ratu again..no way we stay in here, sorry to say."

"Great place to stay. We felt we were set up among the stars shining down on Earth, sea and land. It was great. But it is so FAR away from JKT. This can be a good point and a bad point. So arrange a hotel pickup from a private taxi and save the headaches. "
