"The hotel was brand new, a delight to stay at. The desk officers were very nice and helpful for my whole stay, even when payment through agoda didn’t come through. The rooms are big, lovely to stay at, beds are comfy and nice. Breakfast was elaborate, more than you can wish for in an Holiday Inn. "

"The bedding was dirty and had lipstick stains on it. While checking out the front desk kept both of my room keys, there was no one attending the parking garage or valet, therefore I couldn't get out of the parking lot. I pushed the help button on the parking garage arm, it would ring but no one answered the call. It rang for over ten minutes. Finally, I had to look up up the hotel's phone number on my cell and call the front desk. The lady who answered stated "Oh I've heard that ringing for ten minutes" She sent someone over to open the gate. By this time there was a line of cars behind me to the second parking level. The premium price of this hotel is not justified."

"The male attendant was extremely rude the night we checked in.... He was short w us about our reservation online, about calling our reservation company.... he was also rude to us about sitting on a chair in the dining room and waiting in line. He asked us if we wanted him to delete our reservation just bc my friend asked him why he was being so rude.... so that made the attendant mad. He was already rude..... He should NOT be in business w the public "
