Excente hotel and renewed rooms”

We stayed at Polynesian Isles Resort in Jan/2019. We had an excellent stay there. Very polite attendants, renewed and enormous rooms, everything very clean. The pool area was very pleasant as well. In the 2 bedroom we stayed, there was a full kitchen with all the uttencils we needed, washing and drying machines, and plenty of room. It was lime staying at home. In my next trip to Orlando, Polynesian Isles Resort will certainly be my first choise.

A fabulous resort with great suites set in beautiful grounds”

My second stay at this resort because I was immediately impressed when I stayed there the first time. The rooms are large and comfortable with just what you need, offering the flexibility of self catering if you wish. The grounds are maintained to a high standard and the staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. With more than one pool and spa, it never felt crowded even over the July 4th weekend. It’s location, just off 192, was easy to find and offers access to the attractions, dining and shopping outlets all close by, as is Old Town. In my opinion, Polynesian Isle offers the traveller clean and comfortable accommodation set in well maintained grounds at a competitive price that makes it somewhere I will keep coming back to.

Great sunshine break with unparalleled leisure and retail ”

Theme parks and retail outlets nearby with added bonus of Black Friday in November. Stayed in Block 4 by request. Rooms are clean spacious and very comfortable. Kitchen is super equipped. Walmart is walkable from resort although car is a must for other activities. Kitchen can be fully stocked with food and drink for the days you don’t fancy eating out ( again ). Resort stay is not cheap ( two adults sharing) but is worth the price for the comfort, luxury bedding and location

Family vacation to Florida”

We stayed at the Polynesian due primarily to the great price for two weeks and it turned out to be perfect for us. The apartment size was perfect with two large bedrooms - each with very well proportioned en-suite bathrooms, a good sized lounge/dining area and a good sized kitchen area. We had a hire car and the location was ideal being only 30 mins max from any of the parks we wanted to visit and having two supermarkets close by. The wifi was excellent which kept our 14 and 11 yr olds happy when in the room and the pool area was always very quite so a perfect place to chill for a while when we came back from the parks.

Perfect location for Disney, always clean and helpful”

This was our third stay at the Polynesian, this time we were really pleased as the room we stayed in had just been renovated. It needed this as the furniture before was getting quite worn and dated but this time very fresh and new. WiFi is available in all rooms and even by the pool which is a bonus. The staff are always very attentive. Location is fab as Disney is about 15minutes drive, there is a publix less than 5 minutes away. Overall very pleased. We would stay again.

Excellent”

We got a very big apartment that included all the necessary facilities. It was a bit old though. We wanted to buy tickets to Disney via the resort but the concierge wasn't available at that day. At check out day we called reception and asked if we can pay for a late check-out since their check out time is 10 AM and it is too early by all standards. We were told that they need to ask the manager and will call us back as soon as he arrives but they never called us back. we simply checked out at 10 eventually.. Also they didn't find us on the check out list for a few minutes... We had a nice stay though.

Exceptional”

The hotel was beautiful and well worth the price. I would recommend being prepared to pay double the taxes because they charge you taxes and fees when you book and then they tax you again for the resort fees plus tax. Other than that small tidbit the hotel was wonderful!!!

Valued for price”

Easy to access neighboring spots, friendly staff, spacious room for two, there’s nothing to complain. The only thing is that the resort is wooden house, might be annoying if guests upstairs walking while late night.

Would definitely recommend looking here before renting a villa .. spacious accomodation with all the facilities you'll need ... washing machine .. tumble dryer .. etc and half the price ... maybe shouldn't recommend it too well in case it books out because we fully intend to go back ... lol

great place to stay”

The room was outdated but very clean. The facilities was well taken care of and clean. The staff was great and the beds are very comfortable. The shower head was put on backwards however, we figured out how to use it. They are renovating the hotel so I am sure it will get better.

Wonderful place you feel like home ”

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen facilities, huge fridge, microwave oven, conventional oven, dishwasher and even a blender. Master room has a huge king size bed and comes with huge bath tub. While the common room has a queen bed and attached toilet with bath tub too. Was hopping the washer and dryer was inside the apartment then we won't have to walk in and out to check our laundry. But this does not deterred us to recommend this lovely apartment that is definitely value for money.

Family with teens”

Fantastic, self catering Rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds, clean, staff friendly, great location. Cannot fault this accomadation it had everything that we needed. We have been to Florida numerous times but first time here but we will definitely be back. One small point is No slides for pools but to be honest it didn't matter as it made it all that more relaxing and the kids didn't mind.

Sixth visit here”

Stay is excellent as usually. Staff is the friendliest you will find anywhere. Service is second to none. Ricardo has been a wonderful help in organizing our reservations and slways has a smile on his face.

Great Room but A lot of Street Noise, Including Fire Trucks”

The staff was friendly on check in and the room is large and was clean, except someone had used the toilet before we had arrived, but no worries, we just flushed it. The grounds are clean although we noticed they aren't using the leaf blowers to keep sidewalks clear as much as they have in the past. There is a housing development directly behind our room. Usually it's pretty quiet but occasionally you hear a car alarm or honking in the middle of the night. There is also a lot of street traffic, especially fire trucks, sometimes 4-5, in the middle of the night, passing by. They asked us to go to a points (time share) presentation, which we went to, and spoke to three different people for just over 2 1/2 hours. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay.

Huge apartment in great location”

huge 2 bed apartment with balconies front and back. Although not new interior everything was in perfectr condition and full working order. Towels changed daily. Pool areas spacious and clean

Self catering apartments are great for size, location and very clean. Managed to a high level and good value. Facilities, great pools of medium sizes, good walks can be had around the complex, and a lovely lake to take in the views of the day. Staff always looking to help day or night. The complex is also very organized and clean. If you select a higher placed apartment, it’s not to hard on the kegs either as there are three floors or two floors per building. I’ll definitely recommend and I’m looking forward to visiting again with my family. Happy holidays!

Nice place - awesome staff!”

We have stayed here several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful, concerns are addressed immediately and the grounds and facilities are well maintained. This time around we did find the beds on the hard side and there is a housing development directly behind us where car alarms were going off on a regular basis - often waking us in during the night. Overall a very nice place.
