Relax, Revive, Slow Down and Enjoy”
The resort was far enough from the intense tourist bog down of uptown, yet close enough to dip in waist high and not feel rushed or crowded. My wife and I had a relaxing and carefree experience. The resort was extremely dog friendly and catered to our comfort and made us feel as though we had been long to patrons although it was our first time. Rooms were clean and accommodation well kept. The staff is very friendly yet not intrusive, this resort forces you to slow down and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of Sedona scenery. I highly recommend Poco Diablo.

Poco Diablo”
Cindy was very helpful on the phone and checking us in at the lobby. We checked in at night and it took us forever to find our room. It was not easy dragging luggage and an oxygen condensor through a maze in the dark far away from the parking lot. The room was super clean. The bed was very, very comfortable. Thank God! We ordered room service both days. The first day the gal was very rude to us and didn't tell us the tip was added automatically. The 2nd day we were told by a super friendly gal the tip was already included. TV didn't work upon arrival and an awesome guy named John came and fixed it right away. The next moring we discovered ABC was blocked with the parental blocking feature. We really wanted to watch Good Morning America, so we called again. The guy they sent was clueless and blamed John??? They couldn't remove the block. Upon checkout we reminded them, but they didn't seem to care. $40 resort fee is charged whether you use anything or not.

Very good”
The place was a bit farther out of town then I hoped - staff was friendly and the pool was nice. Dinner outside evening was very nice. Been traveling a lot and felt price was bit high for what we got as compared to other places we stayed cheaper and nicer.

Nice place to stay. Didn't like the dog next door barking at night. Shouldn't mix Dog owner and regular travelers together!!

Staff were great. The rooms were pretty run down / dated.

Not as advertised”
Definitely not a 3 star facility as advertised. The furnishing are at least 20-30 yrs old, very outdated and in need of desperate updating. Staff are not friendly or helpful. The rooms Do Not a give off a relaxing environment feel at all, more like a Motel 6.

First time guest!”
Staff knowledge and facilities are in the process of upgrading. We would consider returning for a stay in the future when the rooms are modernized and clean to high standards by knowledge english speaking employees. Management needs to raise the standards of cleaning and repair or replacement of sinks, patio doors. Patios are not cleaned regularly causing debris and droppings to collect on tables and chairs tables are off balance and needs adjustments and cleaning. If high prices are to be charged then all customer service standards must attained and maintained. The conversation of the chip and putt course is an opportunity to develop the area into a first class park with many venues to treat and sell to guests. We would like to return as guest in a year or two when this beautiful property is fully upgraded. Just a note, dinner in the bar are a large salad, shrimp and grits, one wine each for $100.00, is a little steep and the lack of customers confirmed our option!

Disappointed ”
I booked this room because the price was reasonable for a “resort” with a spa. I had intended to use the spa while I was here but after I booked the room, was very disappointed to learn the spa was booked. For the price of the room I could have just booked a cheap motel and gotten similar accommodations. My room, literally had a view of a porta potty. It was facing a private home that was doing renovations so I was woken up at 6am by the steady beep of a backing work truck. The room, while HUGE felt sooo creepy to me. It had low popcorn ceilings and felt like it hadnt been updated in a long time. It was so dark and dreary and even the front desk person told me “the last thing you want to do is spend time in that room”. I kept waking up all night expecting to find someone standing in the corner. I even googled deaths at the resort to see if anyone had died in the room.... I was so hot all night and although there is an air conditioner, there are no controls for it. I ended up just opening the window in the middle of the night and just hoped no one wanted to break in, which have insanely easy. I’ve stayed at several places on my trip and this is the worst by far.
