There were burn holes in the duvet, a left of McFlurry in our fridge and there was nobody there to assist with checkout and when we called number provided we were asked to call back later

To have to wash your dishes in the bathroom opposite the toilet...NO....To sit on a couch with a broken end...NO... To have 2 pillows that were so thin and lumpy. That we had to roll up a bedspread and take cushions off the broken couch...NO.... SO NO we would not stay here again
