Perfect stay with kids! ”
I have a 7 year old boy and a 5 months old baby. The suite has fit us well and comfortably. Staffs are friendly and easy to negotiate. So far, we had been staying here not once but 4 times, and coming soon would look forward to stay.

the price is quite reasonable with the condition of the room. the bed sheet has stain on it, the toilet was dirty when i first came in then i call for room service staff to cleaning up. overall, you can stay they if you're looking for cheaper room.

I book on 23/3/22 for only one night and alrdy deposit when i get there.. but after i check out they said i will have my deposit back after 3 days working hours and yet still haven't received any info on my deposit refund

it was ok. just cleanliness issue. found few hairs in bathroom floor. and worse was a few hair under pillow. i doubt they changed bed sheets..

Poor furniture and insolation ”
Dressing table, sofa bed and 2 small round decorative table broken. Very poor sound insolation, walking from the lift lobby can hear people laughing from their units.

There is no hair dryer, hanger and place to hang clothes. Besides that the floor of the unit is dusty upon arrival. Hope it can be improved soon.

Sorry I could not tolerate the dirty bedsheet 4 adults booking but provided 2 towels Frosted door toilet so be aware for family with older kids

PINSTAY AT ITCC IS A SHAM!”
The suite's only good attribute is location. Other than that, everything is almost nothing to be bragged about but mostly to complain from customer service to cleanliness. Not an experience to be repeated.

Was checkin in for 2 nights. The staff was friendly. But not the room. Owner please change your mattress. Tilam tu dh lama sangat. Rasa siot dawai2 dia. Mcm tilam lama2 my infant , husband n me had to sleep at the sofabed wtfff.. for 2 nights! I get offered to change the room. Tapi bilik pulak buruk. I book bilik cantik cantik tapi tilam pula hampehh . Tp best sbb bawah mall. Senang jer cari makan .

It was a good place to stay and next to shopping mall, easy to access clothes, food, accessories etc. Just need to improve on its cleanliness. The toilet was not clean as we checked in. Overall, its quite ok.
